I came in on 1/19 around 12pm to study since libraries were closed. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The lobby was clean and it wasn’t too busy. A barista was even nice enough to bring us are drinks and food. He was a bald middle height man, I cannot seem to remember his name but he was very kind and even when they were doing maintenance on the wifi he individually went to everyone in the lobby to inform them of it. It also warmed my heart on how he said good bye to a couple in Spanish, they seem to be regulars, it just reminded me of my family and friends. I will definitely be coming back to study to this Starbucks!

Asked for a double chocolate chip frap. Simple order. She charged a cookie frap. Before they made it we corrected our order with the barista. She agreed she misunderstood. We walked out annoyed because she still gave us our order incorrect.

Wouldn't let me use the bathroom until I bought something. And honestly the apathetic attitude of the barista was so irritating, I literally just changed my mind and left. That greedy BS really gets on my nerves

WhiWhile I was waiting for my party to arrive, an employee had the audacity to tell me I wasn’t allowed to be there! She clearly assumed I was with the homeless couple I tried to help. Honestly, what a ridiculously rude way to treat a customer! They even had the nerve to call the cops! That poor homeless couple was treated like absolute trash by them. After witnessing such a dehumanizing and disgraceful display, I could never bring myself to visit a Starbucks again.

The staff here is terrible. I was waiting for my order, and when it was ready, they didn't even tell me. When I went to pick it up, I thanked them, and one of the girls just turned her back on me.

Apparently the apple juice is discontinued so they took a drink off their menu and instead of just saying unfortunately this item is discontinued… (it’s not btw lol) When I asked for the drink I wanted she just said ‘no’ and then smiled at me while explaining & laughing. Not necessary.
The location in the Aurora mall is the best, period.

I don’t have a problem with any of the food or drinks I received. I have a problem with the staff making fun of people and laughing at them while they order their drinks. A little bit of professionalism and decorum go a long way. Especially when providing a service to the public. Apparently, the way I was ordering in the drive-through was funny and she couldn’t even contain her laugh long enough to say thank you for your order. And when I pulled up to the window, she couldn’t even tell me how much my order was. Literally just stuck the card reader in my face and didn’t say a word.I had to ask how much my order was and what I was paying for. This is the location closest to my house, but I probably won’t be back because of the customer service.
