This Starbucks is the worst. No matter what you pay for they will not make it. They half do everything. And then their upset about it. Nothing taste how it should. They won't whip the milk. They water down the espresso with large amounts of milk. They have never heard of dry. 10$ cup of king Soopers milk

This is a new store but this is my favorite location in the area. Very friendly and personable. I've had a few wrong drinks but that's normal for any store they will fix the mistake. They've fixed at least 1 drink from another location. Never had an unfriendly barista and they know their regulars. There is a good mix of cultures working the counter and customers. I wish they had been here years ago.

This is my favorite Starbucks location on the way to work. The drink is always accurate, delicious, and appropriately hot or cold. The drive-thru staff has wonderful customer service skills, and they recognize loyal customers.
Came through earlier today, had placed a mobile order. Upon arriving I got my drink and realized it was wrong so had to go back through the drive through where I was informed that “some of them didn’t know how to make my drink” okay that’s literally your job. I didn’t order anything weird I ordered from the menu with a milk substitution. Idk how you don’t know how to make drinks when that’s exactly what your job is. Then I get home to realize I got the wrong food item. How can you screw something up so bad that is simple menu listed items that are printed out for you! It seems like this store needs better management and to stop hiring irresponsible children.
