I was trying to get an order and there were about 6 people working and no none was able to take my order, then when I got my order a black African American girl just threw my chocolate croissant on the counter, that was disrespectful, I never go back to that Starbucks.

This is a new store but this is my favorite location in the area. Very friendly and personable. I've had a few wrong drinks but that's normal for any store they will fix the mistake. They've fixed at least 1 drink from another location. Never had an unfriendly barista and they know their regulars. There is a good mix of cultures working the counter and customers. I wish they had been here years ago.

Baristas were racist towards me and the coffee was watered down. Their what seems to be manager (tall white guy with a face tattoo) seems to be genuine though. Once he walked in their demeanor changed.

This location is fairly new, and I've never had a bad experience. My drinks are always correct, no matter how many I order. Staff though, that's where it's at. Their so amazing. I mean, the manager knows my husband's face lol. They really make my morning.
Ordered green tea latte light ice with oat milk got extra ice with whole milk. They re made it and still had extra ice. Didn’t have enough matcha it was very pale looking drink. Not coming back

Came through earlier today, had placed a mobile order. Upon arriving I got my drink and realized it was wrong so had to go back through the drive through where I was informed that “some of them didn’t know how to make my drink” okay that’s literally your job. I didn’t order anything weird I ordered from the menu with a milk substitution. Idk how you don’t know how to make drinks when that’s exactly what your job is. Then I get home to realize I got the wrong food item. How can you screw something up so bad that is simple menu listed items that are printed out for you! It seems like this store needs better management and to stop hiring irresponsible children.
