Baristas were racist towards me and the coffee was watered down. Their what seems to be manager (tall white guy with a face tattoo) seems to be genuine though. Once he walked in their demeanor changed.

This location is fairly new, and I've never had a bad experience. My drinks are always correct, no matter how many I order. Staff though, that's where it's at. Their so amazing. I mean, the manager knows my husband's face lol. They really make my morning.

Best Starbucks in the metro area because they hire great people. They are friendly and get the orders out fast. They actually seem like they like their jobs! Breath of fresh area because most places (not just Starbucks) have crappy service and unhappy employees.

Came through earlier today, had placed a mobile order. Upon arriving I got my drink and realized it was wrong so had to go back through the drive through where I was informed that “some of them didn’t know how to make my drink” okay that’s literally your job. I didn’t order anything weird I ordered from the menu with a milk substitution. Idk how you don’t know how to make drinks when that’s exactly what your job is. Then I get home to realize I got the wrong food item. How can you screw something up so bad that is simple menu listed items that are printed out for you! It seems like this store needs better management and to stop hiring irresponsible children.
I was at this location this morning and ordered kale and mushroom egg bites and a grande latte and requested cinnamon and whipped cream on top, I took the top off my drink once I received my drink to see if the whipped cream and cinnamon had been added and it was not, I mentioned to the barista that there was no cinnamon and whipped cream on top she takes my drink back the cinnamon was added but no whipped cream, I was just there yesterday and ordered the exact same thing and the drink was made just as requested but today it was like I was just asking for too much.
