I love the location and the staff is great. But the drinks are inconsistent, I order daily and once a week the refresher is spot on. Most days they are extremely weak. There needs to be some consistency.

Large standalone Starbucks with the standard food and drinks. The latte was hot and delicious.

Service was very fast and friendly. I felt welcomed here. The space has a lot of indoor seating in a pleasant room and an outdoor area. They do have a handicapped designated spot. There is unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

The lot had plenty of parking and there's a drive through.

I went to Starbucks, asked to see if I could use the restroom and they told me I had to order something which I was going to obviously. They didn’t let me use the restroom until I ordered something the girl taking the order was just waiting there until I ordered, I felt pressured and uncomfortable of her just staring at me. They have many choices there like I don’t order the same thing every time I like to try different things
I just left it was a very uncomfortable situation just for my son to use the restroom.

Went in for a Christmas drink and was not disappointed 🥲 the barista noticed I had a disney christmas sweater on and asked if I was a fan, asked if I wanted hear his mickey mouse impersonation, of course I did! Left with happy tears and getting to hear my name from mickey mouse, on Christmas. Also the drink is perfect, thank you!! Will definitely be back again and again ! Thank you for making my day 💚❤️

I thought I’d give this Starbucks a try since it was on my drive into work… bad idea. The woman who took my order, along with her employees, laughed at me for accidentally ordering a coffee I saw online for a different coffee shop (was not clear in the photo). Then, another employee said “finally!” and rang me up. She proceeded to mumble stuff under her breath as I waited for my coffee. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Coffee’s good, service sucks. I will not return to this location.

We placed a mobile order and the app said it would take 6 minutes we arrived in 6 minutes and were told we had to pull around to the front and come in because of our massive order ( we ordered four drinks and one sandwich). When we went in to get this huge order we were scolded by the manager letting us know they needed 10 minutes we said app says six she said you were here in two (not true)on top of that one of the drinks was wrong. What happens if somebody orders there and they have four drinks Do they have to pull around front and come in? Even if it was 2 minutes did you not have that 2 minutes head start..? There's another Starbucks on Alameda and Potomac drive the extra mile, I don't know about you but when I pay $7 for a coffee this is not what I want to deal with

Want to start with the positive. Albert is hella cool, most of the staff is friendly, and they are fast. My favorite Starbucks in Aurora.

Unfortunately though, staff has been less friendly, and today I walked into the store where an employee with rainbows on their shirt, and dyed short hair is talking about a music artist which writes music about "killing men".

I am aware it was a private conversation, and I don't know context, but it was in a public space, loud enough to be heard coming the building across the room.

I don't have anything against diversity, inclusion, or LGQBT, etc. That said, I don't want to come into a coffee shop where culture is weaponized against me for being a white male, or identity politics creates a hostile environment.

Since when did inclusion stop including everyone?

Especially when after that I still say thanks and give courtesy and you intentionally act as if I don't exist when I am right in front of you.

Super sucky experience of dozens and dozens of good ones, but this will be the one I remember. :(
