What's this supposed to be???? I went to this store... and purchased a Java Chip venti, when I get home I noticed that my drink wasn't even crushed ice but a huge chunk of ice taken from a mold.. it's still has the square forms on it as I show in the picture... literally you took a chunk of ice and put it on my drink?.. why would you do this to a customer???? This ain't what I paid for .. be careful guys from Starbucks this type of surprised nobody takes well...

Waited to add tip to make sure it was warranted given bad experience with multiple Starbucks locations recently.5 people standing around while the 1 person slowly and I mean 10 minute slowly made a hot drink.I had the app open to apply a tip but not today.I'm certain at this point that workers slow or mess up your order if they don't see a tip with the app.

Worst customer service ever! The girl who claimed to be the manager(she had red hair) was soooo rude. She got my drink wrong after I waited close to 10 minutes and then told me I ordered it wrong. I got the same drink every time so I know I didn't. She fought with me about ordering my drink wrong. She then made me void everything instead of just making the correct drink. She said the other ladies would have to remake it but I watched her and she didn't tell anyone to redo it... so I waited another 10 minutes just watching people come in and out and receive their drinks. I believe the "manager" was trying to punish me for her mistake and just make me wait there. I have to admit I went off on her. I asked her how could YOU f up my drink and then make me wait for your mistake. I have NEVER received such horrible treatment from Starbucks or any other fast food place. I got a refund, left that Starbucks, and drove 15 minutes to another, and the employees could not have been more kind.I just left a review about this Starbucks and then I go read the other reviews. This Starbucks is obviously by far the worst. I have NEVER seen so many 1-2 star ratings. UPPER Management needs to take note of these complaints and hire better team workers. Starbucks should be ashamed of these workers at this location.

We stop by at this Starbucks to get coffee, no one in line, waited for about 7- 8 minutes, no greeting, no we will be right with you. The barista look at as and went back to his work.We left with out getting our beverage.The worst Starbucks experience.This was on October 6 around 11:00 AM

Avoid at all costs. This Starbucks used to be good but I guess they got a new manager. Employees are trained to gaslight and say "it's not supposed to be that way" and laugh at simple things like cold foam on the cold brew or sugar in the frap base. So don't be surprised when Granny goes into diabetic shock from the "sugar free" frap. Frankly they should be shut down at this point.

Great service! Went through drive thru and the guy with the mullet had excellent customer service. Items were on point drinks were amazing and food was nice and warm. Drive thru was really clean from the outside as well will definitely be coming back !
