Starbucks provides excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure large orders are fulfilled. The store is always clean and spotless, decorated seasonally. Cashiers provide great service, and the drive-through staff, like Ben, are extremely professional, enthusiastic, and epitomize fantastic customer service. Drinks are generally good, with strong coffee and well-blended Frappuccinos, but some customers have experienced inconsistencies with their orders, such as incorrect toppings. The location is peaceful, with ample outside patio space. Despite being next to a budget hotel, the staff is professional, helpful, and pleasant. The friendliness of the drive-through staff is exceptional.
