Please update the posted operating hours.
Each time I visit this Starbucks location, the lobby hours appear to change—initially closing at 8:45 PM, then 8:30 PM, and now 7:30 PM.
For anyone planning to visit this location, I recommend verifying the hours in advance to avoid inconvenience.

This is my first time stopping by. The one on the corner of E Iliff Ave and S Parker Road (across from the Murphy Express fuel station) is no longer open so I came here.
It’s not bad…I didn’t feel like the crew had that positive energy but with the demands they have been put to task with I can understand.
The cleanliness of the location didn’t seem all of that great, but it at be the time of day and staffing. Speaking of which, the restrooms seemed to be in good shape.
Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

WAS IN A VERY BAD MOOD TODAY First she did not know how to scan the app she took my order wrong and when I told her she said well that what I read on the screen. I explain I didn’t put you did.

Always charging too much and not giving their customers enough gratitude for their service. I discontinued using the Starbucks app. Because I could no longer get a free drink from there. The free drink that I normally get from Starbucks came with a new charge due to my dairy substitute, so there's no point in spending so much money at Starbucks if I cannot get a completely free drink once or twice a month. Especially after over 20 years of dedicated loyalty to them.
Since covid-- starbucks is not a coffee shop or coffee chain, it has become a cold hearted ,fast food overpriced chain.

Lazy staff. Ordered a mobile pickup and asked for my bread and muffin to be warmed and the little girl lied and said she warmed it up and my breads were cold. I ordered my pickup while I was sitting outside!!! But thanks to another employee she fixed the issue. Starbucks shouldn’t hire little kids to work!!
First time experiencing poor service from this location. I order from this Starbucks regularly and know a few baristas by name. Today however, I placed an order and requested no ice in my drink, the girl at the register must not have heard me because she put no whip instead, no problem it happens. However when I brought it to the attention of the girl who made my drink, she immediately became agitated with me and walked off and said she’d remake it and that next time I need to let the person taking my order know. She didn’t even give me a chance to tell her that I wanted whip! So of course she made it wrong again. When I told her she didn’t let me tell her what was wrong with the drink and that I didn’t want the whip, she proceeded to put it in a cup and tell me she had to put it on the side. Then decided to take her time making my other drink. I didn’t even bother to stick around and I walked out. If you're having a bad day then go home, don’t take it out on people you serve food and drinks to, it’s not necessary to ruin someone else’s day.

This is one of the best Starbucks in the Denver area. Staff are always friendly, efficient, professional and the location is always clean and spotless. Shoutout to Ben at the drive through window. He’s extremely professional, and enthusiastic. He is the epitome of fantastic customer service.
