At this location, EVERYONE that works here is professional, helpful and pleasant. Considering this location isn't in the best neighborhood and next to a budget hotel, I was very surprised, in the best way. And to make sure not to drive anyone away, during the day here, it's peaceful, ample outside patio space and of course the drinks/coffee here are good.

I went through the drive-thru window so was unable to assess the atmosphere. The friendliness of the person at the window was exceptional. She was appropriately engaging, answered my questions, and provided great customer service overall. Well done!

8:52pm just tried to walk in and get an iced water. The heavy-Caucasian/Hispanic looking dude with a black coffee master apron just stared at me through the window and shook his head no... You close at 9pm though ? I mean it is what it is, but when I was a Starbucks partner we kept serving ice water til close because it's literally just... ice and water? The turnover at this location is high though so I don't think these guys will stay long enough to make it a constant issue lol
