New Starbucks is nicely decorated. Had the lavender match chai with foam. It was delicious. The blueberry scone and lemon pound cake was so tasty!

Ordered a coffee for a security guard as appreciation to him. Brought the coffee to him and he stated there was no sugar in it that he requested. Pretty disappointed because I didn’t have the time to go back to the store and fix it for him. It’s not hard to make a coffee as requested literally do better.

I paid for 2 salted caramel mochas and they gave me something else and when they gave them to me they told me they no longer made the ones I wanted after I paid for it. I come to starbucks to drink what I want not what they want me to drink. ??????

The barista did not care about my drink at all. She didn’t add the single syrup I ordered in it and then acted oblivious when I asked for it. Loved the location, but the staff falls short of base level expectations. No human connection at this store today.

I called the store to inquire about a very large order for an event we had planned. Sky was quick to answer my questions and even followed up hours later after I forgot to call her back to make sure we would be taken care of first thing in the morning and have everything ready for this event. She is on top of it. Thank you Sky! I hope your team and managers know how lucky they are to have you. :)

This starbucks is filthy. The tables are sticky, and the floors are riddled with trash. The barista made my drink incorrectly. I asked him to fix it, and he began arguing back about how the cold foam wouldn't sit well on a hot drink. I told him i get my drink hot all the time, and he remade it. The staff here are incredibly rude! I wouldn't come here ever again.

Worst service I've ever had at Starbucks. I work remotely at Starbucks often and have been to many locations around the area and always had a great experience. Recently moved and this location was closest to our new place. I've tried it 4 times now and haven't had a single good experience. Place is clean, but most of the staff is either rude or simply don't care. Drive thru is slightly better. Recently ordered in drive tru and when I took a drink my cold foam was horribly sour and it was clear they used expired milk in the drink and foam. I went inside and waited at the counter for 3 minutes for someone to come to the register. They had 5 people working. The drive thru girl smiled multiple times and told me someone would be with me soon, I could tell she felt bad. Finally a girl came over but instead of looking at me she just stood in front of me unboxing cups. Finally she asked "what do you want?" Without looking at me. I politely told her my drink was sour and I think maybe their milk has expired. She said "so what did you get so they can make a new one?" Never once looked at me. Never once told anyone about the expired milk or showed any interest or concern. No apology. I get the same drink everywhere and this is the only locations I've had multiple cases of it being wrong or tasting bad. They've also overcharged me multiple times for multiple drinks when I've only ordered one. It's been fixed but if it's not at the drive thru then they aren't nice about it. The place is clean that's all I can say good about it.
