First I don't like to bash company's especially franchised ones. But this subway has got to take the prize for penny pinching. I had the skimpiest double meat steak and cheese sub I had to open the bread to see if the meat was even in there. My wife had a meatball sub with only 2 meatballs per 6 inch. Smh. Then to top it off they don't carry anything to drink that has sugar so everything is diet and zero sugar for beverages. Worst 30 dollars spent at subway yet. Maybe Mike's is just the way to go now a days.

Today there was a Colombian person asking for a sandwich and the employees did not want to attend her because she did not speak English she tried to use her translator and yet they told her not that pure English still in the end they ended up selling her sandwich that happened today at noon more or less.
I hope that the owners of this food chain will do something and that will not stop this act of racism.

Whoever the really sweet woman working today was is incredible! She was there alone during a busy rush and was incredibly fast and efficient and very very nice! I hope she has an amazing day and isnt forced to work in store alone all the time!

The skinny blonde you have working here on 12/27 at 10:15am was so rude to the new employee telling her she won’t get any customers cuz all the customers love her and that they will drive away if they don’t see her car lol how rude. Very disrespectful

This place was so stingy with the ingredients. Our sandwiches had HALF the meat from any other subway we've been to. My wife asked for a bunch of pickles and they just sprinkled a few on. I tried hinting that it wasn't enough and they just ignored us. The customer service other many of the others suck and they're not as clean looking but at least you get ALL the food you're asking for.

my wife placed an order online for flbogo and order was processed. we went to the location to pick up the order. when we walked in, the employee at the counter told us that our order was canceled and the owner doesn't accept the online coupons. was very rude and the store reaked of a sewer smell. told him about the odor and he just shrugged his shoulders. avoid this store at all costs. plus the money for the order is saying pending in her account. keep an eye on bank account.
update - money came out of her account. they are thiefs

I ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich I asked him to toast it double toasted cuz I'm from Philadelphia I like it crispy he did not toast it all there is no meat I had gotten spinach tomatoes red onions and pepperoncinis and it's a sandwich and that's what sandwich was there was one piece of provolone cheese look like it was cut in half and that was all the cheesy put on he spoke over me the entire time I was trying to order he was very quick moving didn't really want to hear what I wanted on the sandwich just kind of do it together but there was barely any meat the sandwich ends up being $19 how does subways that have eaten at have been absolutely wonderful I don't know if it's cuz I was in Parker and that's how you do it down there but I never eat there again in my life I wouldn't recommend anybody to eat there so they start making sandwiches that are worth $19 absolutely horrible I was hungry and I left hungry and pissed off and I felt duped

I wasted an entire lunch hour repeatedly trying to place the same order.

This franchise owner knows how to opt out of mobile BOGO deals, but doesn’t do so. Instead, they automatically cancel any online order that includes one of these deals, without explanation or notification. Then, they don’t answer the phone and wait for you to come into the store to explain. This is very unprofessional, and I went without lunch today instead of rewarding this business with money they will *only* get if they honor the coupon they claim to honor.

I ordered online and it was canceled. It told me to call store and no one answered. After driving there I asked what happened. The employee, who was nice, said their owner does not offer the online deal. I have gone through this before, and it won't let me order from that location because they don't offer deal. I accept that. But this one wants the free advertisement for the deal, but does not want to offer it so they cancel the order. Now I have NOT been refunded the money and I have to feed my kids as well as being out the money and tip I paid for. I can take up to a week. This is the worst location bad management and I worked for subway in highschool. Tell me how this is right!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Paiton at my local Subway, and I must say, she is exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made the experience delightful from start to finish. Paiton not only made sure my sandwich was crafted to perfection but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for a great meal.

Her professionalism and genuine care for her customers set her apart. Paiton's service is so outstanding that I find myself traveling out of my way just to visit this particular Subway location. Her warm smile and dedication to excellent service make every visit worthwhile. If you're looking for a fantastic Subway experience, Paiton is the one to see!
