There is a young lady that works here. And she looks annoyed and was rude. That's a good way to spoil someone's appetite she has her hair on a ponytail with red lipstick. Thug life.

To all the other people reading the other Karen’s comments here’s some real information about this store as someone who comes here often. 1. To those who read the employees are on their phones. The true answer is, they never dismiss customers to be on their phone. The only time they’re on their phones is when they are not busy and don’t have anything to do. When you’re at your 9-5 job and you don’t have any calls, you check your phone right? Just cause their minors doesn’t mean they’re in some prison institute. 2. About the soda machine that was broken recently. No employee there besides maybe the store manager knows how to fix the soda machine. They are minors not mechanics. The store manager is there sometimes and I’m also unsure if she knows but she most likely got someone else to fix the issue. The real honest review here is, these people are just kids working minimum wage jobs. Don’t expect them to be 5 star chefs. They provide the best service they can, but sometimes people make mistakes. We all do and all the workers here are incredible people. Don’t let these Karen comments change your view of this locally(not chain operated) owned subway. The people here work their best and their hardest to make sure the customers get their sandwiches that they want. (Also the pretzels are incredible don’t miss out).

Awful!! ??Terrible everything!! Probably the worst & most decusting Subway I've ever been to ever!! I ordered online as I was in the store. The employee made me confirm my order three times on my phone, I wasn't "allowed" to just pick up my order and go. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering online and not waiting inline. The child on shift was more than just rude & mean. When I went to fill my soda cup, the machine didn't work; so I told him to change out the C02 because that was the problem. He looked at me "yeah lady it's obviously broken." I have in the past worked at restaurants, & I suggested to him to change the C02. Mr. Ol' tough child manager said... "Oh I'm sure someone is on the way to change it." I Mean really???... He wouldn't even let me fill a water cup. They're online Website is deceiving for this location. They have no bottles of sodas, my sandwich was made wrong bit given the whole situation I gave my food to a bum outside. No point in dealing with idiots who can't do basic things. The store is filthy with dust, (their advertising catering station has an inch of dust.) There is no napkin stations I may as well have just paid for meat at malmart I made a sandwich at home.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of space

I placed a delivery order from here and I'm missing half a sub. I thought that I could call the store and fix the issue but I was wrong. The number rings through and the VM is full. The Subway app is smooth but this store lets the delivery half down. Not Recommend!!

Why close this subway 30 minutes before actual closing time? I was kicked out, while I was dining in, because it was 8:30... yet this store is supposed to close at 9.

According to the staff there, subway no longer adds things on your sandwich that you want. If you order a sub off of the menu they will refuse to add any ingredients that aren't explicitly included on that sandwich. This includes condiments as well. What an absolute joke. I don't think jalapeños come with any sandwich originally so I guess the jalapeños just sit there and are never served. Obviously the staff is either too lazy, or has some sort of hatred towards their customers because I just refuse to believe that subway as a company would make such a stupid decision.

Terrible experience! The manager woman is unprofessional and extremely RUDE. We were a party of three. And she gave another customer our sandwich. The lady left. We dined in and actually saw the lady with the wrong sandwich return after 25 minutes. So then I asked the manager if I could have our sandwich back. And, she rather THROW IT IN THE TRASH AND EMBARRASSED ME AND MY FAMILY. I will NEVER RETURN NOR WILL RECOMMEND TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS. Not to mention the situation but also also they have messy hair with not hair nets and too much jewelry poking out of their hand gloves. Absolutely, unacceptable! So huerto!

Waited for worker to complete a 5 sandwich online order to be served. I made sure worker was aware that I had a BOGO footlong coupon before I started my order.Coupon states that extra meat deluxe or double meat will be an extra charge.I added double meat to both sandwiches a few drinks and cookies.Once at the register I scanned my coupon to receive my deal, but the worker stated that both sandwiches were considered to be their "pro" sandwich and my coupon was no longer valid for this transaction. Driving what was already going to be over 17$ to well above 35$The whole experience was lame considering the coupon had all of the details available. The sandwichs were not pro. They were basic with double meat. Unfortunately I was already upset with the entire visit and 8nstead of debating the coupon with the worker I walked out empty handed so as not to arrive to work late.It's frustrating, as well as disappointing Ithat they wouldn't honor the manufacturer coupon.

I don’t really know if it was there new touch screen but I bought two subs with a bunch of toppings and got home and I had just meat and cheese on my sandwich.And sandwich wasn’t cut just. Just a bad experience
