Fist ordered on UberEats (2) 12 inch & cookies
Delivered (1) 6inch and chips
But my receipt on the bag was correct so called them said if I come in can they re make them they said yes
When I walk in I gave them the receipt and the wrong food.
They start to make my order again and 2 of them are working on my ticket but they are not communicating with each other and are both making the same sandwich…. 2nd time making my order still wrong … I gave up
Its a subway, all subways are basically the same. My only critique of this location is they need to hire more people. Sometimes if 1 person is on break then it only leaves one person doing all the orders and online orders and it can take 10-15mins to get through the line.

To have that many people working and not a single person can take the time out to say hi welcome in or what can I help you with or even acknowledge you when you walk right to the counter is crazy. Service has always been great every time I've come in the past.

The workers there at 3:30pm today added on a tip without our acknowledgment and then proceeded to speak in Spanish to each other, “I just added the tip and told her she did it by mistake and I can’t change it because I’m not a manager.” We speak Spanish. If you needed $5 soooo bad, compensate with better service. So ridiculous.

its amazes me when you order from this subway on door dash the workers just seem not to care to actually read your order and not give you all the stuff that you order so your pay over price to not get all the stuff you order. and when you do get your food you get a half made sandwich with ingredients falling out the sandwich its soo terrible that you can barely call it a sandwich.so in conclusion if you want terrible food and customer service come to this subway

Disappointing Experience at This Subway Location
One of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. A friend and I stopped in for lunch and were immediately met with an unwelcoming and rude attitude from an employee named Elier. Whether he was having a bad day or not, there’s no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully.
We gave him a few chances to adjust his attitude and tried to continue placing our order, but the rudeness persisted. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were surprised to learn that Elier was the manager. It’s incredibly disappointing that someone with such poor customer service skills would be in a leadership position.
Ultimately, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. We will not be returning to this Subway location.

I had ordered my food and we're going to pay my $40 gift card that had been checked prior to showing up to this location now I had $0 on it when they try to run it I think something came up and they ran it in their system or something but I got screwed at a $40 and these people couldn't even do one thing to help me out they just look dumbfounded like they had no idea what to do or how to do their job. This is ridiculous because the customer service there it was no help at all I could have went back there and made my own sandwiches but yet they screwed something up and now I'm the bad guy and I'm the one that's out $40 and it's irritating and frustrating if you go to the store make sure you have cash that way they'll know how to do that because they were no help whatsoever when it came to this situation and now I'm out $40 that was a birthday gift to me so just terrible service never had this happen before the subway oh and on top of that instead of maybe making the customer happy cuz I wasn't just sitting there for an hour trying to figure this out for nothing but they're just going to throw the food away that's what really irritates me is that I had the money on the card but they're just going to sit there and throw the food away instead of making a customer happy to have him come back again because of a mistake I can see if this is something that was done. Periodically and numerous amounts of times but this is my first time in that store and this happened and I will never ever go back and I will definitely share my experience with anybody and everybody I can so they don't have to go through the same situation and get terrible service and just be stuck with nothing anyways. My advice train your employees better at three people working and not one of them can figure out what to do to help me terrible

It's Subway so everyone knows what they are getting. But the sandwich artists here are amazing. Seriously. The difference on whether its good or not truly depends on how well its prepped. Been here 4 times now and always its perfect. Never a mess always well spaced. I've been to bad subways and the sandwich is messy and unruly. Kills the whole thing. But here its been absolutely perfect time and time again. Shout out to the crew and management here for making this the best Subway I've been to. And I love me a sandwich so I've been to dozens of Subways. Now I will go out of my way to come here.
