Normally I love going to subway but this time was the worst experience ever. I ordered online did 4 different sandwiches, whatever. my sandwiches came with the wrong bread, none of the toppings that I added, BARELY any meat and cheese! Had to literally add my own veggies, mayo and mustard to the sandwich! If I wanted to make my own sandwich for the day I wouldn’t have spent 40$s !

Sad when you go in to order a sandwich (chicken and bacon ranch) and the cheese that is advertised with the sandwich is not an option. I asked for the grilled chicken and was told it would be more......I ended up walking out with out completeting my order. I've always had problems with this location but decided to give it a try hoping it would be better since the other one new me closed. Guess ill have to drive a ways if I want subway

The clerk Ahveair was very rude and said I can only have 6 onions on my sandwich that I paid $21 dollars for. Now my wife and I go hungry for a day or more. That was dinner and lunch for her job. I’m depressed and I have SO MUCH mental anguish it’s not even funny. Not EVER have I went to Subway and get told you can only have a certain amount on your sandwich. At first I thought it was a joke but to my surprise it wasn’t. Something needs to be done about this whole situation ASAP!!!

*Avoid this location at all costs!* Rude employees, who seem to hate their jobs and hate to see customers walk in. They don't listen to the customer's requests and act entitled. The prices change every time for the same order. Worst customer service.

Super bad customer service, ES is the name of the person that fixed my sandwiches and she is just terrible extremely uncomfortable to deal with her she refused to help me out with some more slices of tomato what a shame arguing over tomatoes, subway you people are bad ( keep your tomatoes, I am going to Jimmy John’s) thank you.

The coupons only serve what they have on the menu besides what regularly is chosen. It should include ALL sub types, not just limiting someone to a sundry of subs, such partiality.

Lady wouldn't honor my coupon from the mail. She didn't even look to see which coupon it was before she said it was for build your own subs only coupon. My coupon was 3 footlongs for $19.99. Any footlongs except 2. Right there on the coupon. She wouldn't give complete or competent answers as to why ONLY that location wouldn't honor the coupon. Asked for a manager's name and number and she didnt give us that either. She said for us to go try another Subway, that her manager said they dont honor the coupon. She was rude, snarky and short answered. This is your job lady. My husband and I walked back to our car and ordered it online and applied the coupon code online and guess what? It worked, order went through. Amazing how that works? We sure did pick up our order and shook our heads at her walking out. How sad how being competent is so hard even for a subway worker. Oh and our subs were small and squished flat when we did got them! Thanks Subway.

I needed a table to sign a check, and the jersey behind the counter threatened to call the cops if I didn't either buy something, or leave. I was happy to purchase a meal there, but the guy was so rude, I just got angry and left humiliated.

BE SURE TO LET THE STAFF KNOW YOU HAVE A COUPON!!! Went in this establishment with a coupon from the SUBWAY Coupon Flyer that comes in your mailbox. Apparently Subways have their own individual fine print that is not listed on the Subway coupons. And they will not honor the Coupon unless the customer goes by the individual Subway fine print rules. My coworker and I spent a total of 39.30 on lunch that should have only been about 21.00 with coupon.

I went here for lunch and they got my order wrong I ordered a old school sub and got a Philly steak sub instead wasn’t very happy about it.
