Placed a mobile order quite early, showed up later than recommended pick up time, when I entered the store the gentleman behind the counter was barely making the sandwiches. Cut him some slack seeing as he was the only person there. Got home with my order and the steak to my sandwich was cold. Sandwich was not toasted, meat wasn’t even cooked. Had to reheat myself. Could’ve been a better experience.

The food was decent and the employees were very kind and helpful, but a lot of their machines were down (drink machine, toaster, etc.) and their cash register would not accept gift cards.

Took off BOGO from order and changed the charge amount to my card.
Over 20 attempts to call store but, they don't answer the phone.
Did go through complaint online site, 3 days no contact or credit.

Worse subway ever. I ordered the all American club which is always toasted. It has bacon on it. I never have to ask that at other locations. It's bacon it needs to be cooked! I had an emergency going on with work so I was looking at my phone while the girl was making it. I sit down to eat it and I'm half way through my sandwich when I see that the bacon inside is raw and cold. I asked her if she cooked it and she said yes which is a lie. I showed it to her and told her it's cold and raw. I better not get sick from eating that because of I do I'm suing. It's absolutely ridiculous she'd serve it to me like that!!!

I'm so sick of this location. I completely understand being one of the few chains that hires felons. I love that about subway but when they leave these guys short handed and don't give them proper training it turns into this.

He told me " I was told by management to break everything down and barely be able to serve PAYING customers at 830". They don't close until 9. I should be able to get whatever i want ...

I've worked fast food for years. I understand the shut down times and breaking down your station to make it ready for the morning shift. However when you can't order online and can't get the discounts for rewards when I only live 5 minutes away? What's the point?

I feel sorry for the guy left standing who can't take my coupon and can't give me a legitimate answer on why and why he's rushing us so he can go home.

Worst Subway imaginable. I went in to get a sandwich for myself and my pregnant wife before her doctor's appointment. They had a small rush and the gentleman with the Slipknot tattoo on his neck claiming to be the manager looked absolutely overwhelmed by the smallest rush possible.

It started by him yelling at his employee to not finish ringing up a customer who is ready to leave because they were just too many orders that they needed to take care of. I asked for my wife sandwich and he left to go finish making other sandwiches and when he came back I asked for a small request, to which his reply was you should have said that from the start. This was jarring to say the least when there wasn't even an option to let him know what we wanted.

Long story short this supposed neck tattooed manager says I have the right to refuse service and I'm not serving you get out of my store. I'm the last person that would try to rush or cop an attitude especially when I see people are working and apparently overwhelmed by a small rush.

The situation ended with this individual not giving me their direct supervisor or district managers number and telling me, if you know what's good for you you would leave.

Deplorable situation and an absolute perfect example of an unqualified and inept manager. To be honest, I was just looking for a sandwich and we were able to get lunch somewhere else, but the fact that that man is a manager over other employees I feel very sorry for them.

We live pretty close to this location I would highly recommend that anybody that looks at this review just stay clear of this location, The food is mediocre at best and the customer service is horrendous. I can only hope that the owner of this unit in Buckley square doesn't actually know what's going on, because if they did then it would be terrible leadership from the very top.

Ordered online and when I went in to the store to pick up the manager explained that he was out of a lot of ingredients. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got something else and apologized multiple times for the inconvenience. He was also the only person working and was very pleasant and patient.

Ordered a footlong turkey sandwich was completely burned. I asked for it to be cut in 4 pieces so I guess that triggered them to not cut it at all
