Waited in line for 20 mins and he didn’t wanna serve me because he wanted to close at 10:20.
I love to eat at Subways especially when I have coupons lol. The one by my job is great they always make my sandwich just the way I like it. I eat there at least 2 times a week.
The guy working here is super rude and definitely should not be in customer service ANYWHERE.
Stopped by the Subway over on Alameda and Chambers, and overall, it’s a pretty good spot to grab a quick bite. The sandwiches are fresh, and they do a great job with the veggies—they’re always crisp and taste like they were just sliced.
The staff is friendly and keeps the line moving, even when it gets busy. I went for the classic Italian B.M.T., and they didn’t skimp on the meats or toppings, which I appreciate. The bread was soft and fresh, too—definitely one of the highlights.
The only reason it’s not a full five stars is that the place could use a little sprucing up. The seating area felt a bit cramped, and the tables weren’t as clean as I’d like. But hey, it’s not a dealbreaker—just something they could improve on.
If you’re in the area and need a quick, solid sandwich fix, this Subway’s got you covered. I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving another sub!
Of the many sandwiches I've ordered, most have been slapped together and smooshed down. The ONE time it was decently made, I found out that the electric tip GOES TO THE OWNER.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Normally I don't eat Subway because Ive never been impressed with their sandwiches but my mom wanted to go there for lunch. The service was super slow and our toasted sandwiches came out so hard we could barely eat them. Mine literally crumbled in my hands. I'll stick with Firehous subs or Jersey Mikes.
Joihla and Eber were so amazing and took our order and got everything right and we’re so nice I would definitely come here again everything was wonderful

They are not serious at all. My daughter had a job interview. She called to confirm. They told her yes to attend and when we arrived they told her that the person in charge of interviewing her had left.
Would be nice to have more than 1 person working. She has a bunch of online orders. And there is a line wanting to order. And I only have an hour for lunch. This is ridiculous. Are you even interested in fixing this. What a joke.And this girl, if she moved any slower, she would be going backwards. Been standing here 20 minutes and still haven't been served.

I am sooooo sad. I was craving subway so bad and the gentleman that was working was alone and didn't speak English. He managed to get the order taken care of but I asked him if he could just toast half my sandwich he didn't understand and grabbed his phone to translate and I told him nevermind because i didnt want him to touch a dirty phn. I asked him to change his glove after touching it and he didn't understand and continued to touch the lettuce. I felt bad so i bought the sandwich but I will not eat it because it's not sanitary. And now I have to go to another subway. Management please make sure your employees change their gloves and wash there hands before handling food. The gentleman was nice though.

"The Boss" is no longer a menu item. It is just a Meatball sub with Pepperoni.... it cost more to order the boss than ordering a Meatball sub with Pepperoni.... I ordered a Meatball sub and added Pepperoni and this location still charged me for a damn Boss... they offered a void or a free drink... I didn't care to waste my time on a sandwich void so I took the damn soda which I didn't want in the first place... crappy business practice.... Subway Corp had to fix this.... you don't want to carry fresh Mozzarella anymore??? Then get rid of the menu that requires the damn item!!!

Honestly, I’m not one to leave bad reviews but as I’m standing in line waiting to order my sandwiches I can’t help but be annoyed. Robin is the ONLY person currently working, he hasn’t said a word to the people in line regarding our wait. He is taking his sweet time to make any sandwiches ordered and is taking so long, 4 people ahead of me have left. This is the most absurd service I have ever had at a subway. Teach your employees efficiency or hire more people.
