Very slow, very rude. Girl on register never washed her hands then tried to assist with my already very late online order. Placed 2 online orders came to pick up one sat for over 15 mins while the 2nd order has barely been started. I will never return to this location! I actually thought my order was placed or the nicer cleaner location down the street. My mistake for not double checking address. Unclean, unprofessional, slow, rude

I went to this location July 2025. It was honestly a very efficient and good experience. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this store. It was a clean store, the service was quick and courteous, and the food looks great! Bread is soft, ingredients look fresh, sandwich is well put together. I did not catch the name of the person who served me, but she was great! Not terribly talkative, but efficient with her job and still very kind. Don’t be afraid of this location, give it a fair chance! (And maybe choose the times you visit more wisely. I went in the mid afternoon…you should EXPECT slower service if you go during a dinner rush.)

Absolutely horrible. Order 3 sandwiches, got 2. Went back for them to fix it only for them to make me feel like I'm the problem. Can't explain enough how bad the service was. I would rather eat at McD two feet away. Do not go!

Save yourself the time and money and go to a different subway, never have I gotten what I wanted out of this location. People working are slow and in-attentive to the simplest of requests.

Bread is never cut all the way through, toppings are wrong or missing, in today’s case they were completely swapped on two sandwiches. I’m almost impressed with the rate of failure and screw ups.

The place is always dirty and dingy. The veggies are bad as someone else said. It smells. Make the drive to Quincy and Reservoir or Chambers and Parker. This one needs new management or to be closed

I frequent this location because it is the location nearest to where I live. I will never return. Recently, the service has been poor at best. The produce is always bad. Every "subway artist" I've had recently has been rude and unprofessional. They vocalize to their coworkers their dissatisfaction for their job and their other coworkers in front of customers. I will travel five more minutes to another subway from now on.

Made the mistake of ordering online. No area designated for online pickup. I had no choice but to wait in line. There were 3 people in front of me when I got there. One employee working, at the speed of a snail. When it was finally my turn 20 minutes later, he told me they were out of the meat on the sandwich I ordered. So I had to pick something else. He then asked me what type of bread, toppings, etc. I told him it was all on the receipt. He still continued asking me what toppings I wanted. Why even place an online order when I have to stand in line and tell them what I want anyways?

Also...looks like they're out of almost every soda in the soda fountain. I heard someone getting a drink say there was dirt in the ice. I won't be going back to that location. The worst.

Ordered using the app. The app says order will be ready in 15-20 min, arrived 30 min after the order placed - they did not even start preparing the order although there were no any customers in the store. Had to wait another 10 min. Guys, the reason people are placing online orders - they have no time to wait or just want skip waiting in store. Right?

Do not Uber eats from here the manager blamed the driver for taking half the order and the driver does not speak English. Sure go in, in person but I've ordered here three times in Uber eats and I've missed the sides. Save yourself the headache.

DO NOT Eat at this location very poor customer service. I went to get a sub the heavy set guy with his face tatted went to rinse his hands in sink did not use soap. The grabbed bread with no gloves on. When I asked him if he was going to put gloves on he asked his co worker to make sandwich. That's absolutely disgusting my 8 year old knows how to wash his hands before touching food

I went to the subway shop at 4343 South Buckley road. I just want to say that the last couple times I've been there I have got the best Subway sandwich ever! The two people's names were Alex and Lisa. I asked for their recommendations and they recommended a sandwich and all the fixins that go on it and they were awesome! They helped me with a smile and were very customer service oriented so I just wanted to give them a shout out. Thanks, Lisa and Alex!

I work in the area and need lunch quickly some days when the only other options in the area are more to say .. greasy I guess haha. The new staff is doing great and the place is doing a lot better than last year and you guys are always so friendly! you all are doing great thank you!
