Did my order for delivery wrong yet again. They’ll substitute what they want and not even tell you or give you an option for something else. Then you can’t even get through on the phone. Always a busy signal….

When I ordered a sandwich from this store, I requested to toast my sandwiches. But they never do that. I think they will not read the list at all. Even I mentioned TOASTED clearly in my order. They did the same for all my three sandwiches. At first time, I thought they forgot to do the TOAST. But they are not doing it at all.

Ordered on the app. The restaurant stuff said that they never got the order. The app says otherwise and the credit card was charged. Al least they refunded money later but I wasted a trip.

Why is staff here just standing around when there are people waiting. Our prior visit was bad, two staff members were kissing each other and in plain sight. Staff really needs to get their practice in check.

Don't order through any third party food delivery service or your order will be wrong. When I ordered the gave me normal bread and didn't even toast it, when I ordered the ghost pepper bread toasted. They must know how horrible they are as a store, because their number is disabled and they don't accept calls.

Everything i ordered online for pick up was wrong, and what is wrong with you thinking these tomatoes are ok to still eat.. I'm so grossed out.. I will not be back. All 2 sandwiches and one salad.... the salad didn't even have lettuce, ugh just everything was wrong

You have terrible employees I walk into a line that's completely getting ignored by some guy in a black hat doesn't say anything to anyone except starts complaining whenever someone walks in doesn't acknowledge anyone in the entire store but only focuses on online orders

I ordered on the app to pickup on 3-14. Ran by the store, got my order and went home. Once home I went to eat and my order was not right. I was supposed to get extra meat, didn't get that. Didn't want green peppers or onions, but those were on it. Wanted honey mustard, nothing on it. My husband got the Philly and had hardly any meat, 1 pc of cheese but the rest was correct.
Very disappointed. Normally they are good.
