The service in this place is terrible. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. When I requested her to kindly change her gloves she blatantly refused service. It wasn't like there was anyone else behind me and I was holding up the line. I thought she was just rude. Would definitely never go back there.

Ordered a speciality sandwich that gets extra meat and cheese… received regular amount of meat and cheese… had extra toppings… received regular amount or skimpy amounts of toppings. They forgot pepper and vinegar. Mayo felt like a normal amount. Skimpiest sandwich ever.

I love so much how wonderful the staff is at this subway. They even try to remember regulars names! Our grandsons favorite place not only for the food but for the friends who have his artwork hanging up for all to see. Thank you for being awesome and bringing happiness to your customer family!

The workers are so lazy and rude here. They wouldn’t scan my barcode so I’d get points for my order, they were rushing me the entire time despite being empty, and they refused to give me a receipt. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Worst location ive ever been too. The lady at the front NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! She is EXTREMELY rude and condescending. She feels entitled and acts as if she has the right to speak to people as she pleases. Every single review I have seen is about the same person. Why is she still employed here? Healthcare workers or anyone shouldn't have to deal with the disrespect that she gives. Do better subway!

Parking is an issue here so I sent my teenage daughter in to grab the food that I had ordered online. The person working was rude and told my daughter that she could not get a fountain drink but rather had to take a bottled drink. She asked for my receipt and was told "No I need it". When I got home to eat I noticed that we were given the wrong chips as well. I will never order from this location again.

There is a lady employee at this outlet, most probably of asian origin,aged 45-55 years. She was rude and racist. I asked for a veggie patty footlong and asked her to cut it into two halves as I won't be able to finish it off in one meal and in return she asked about my origin and country I come from and later said something very derogatory. I left without saying much as I didn't wanted to creat a scene and she was also busy with other customers at that time. This is very disappointing. I recommend taking some action against her.
10APR24 ~ This was my first visit to this Subway & it may be my worst Subway experience ever! I ordered two footlong subs, a Black Forrest Ham & a Tuna. The woman was extremely stingy with the meat. The meat on the Black Forret Ham was never more than one paper thin slice and the meat did not extent to the ends of the sub. There were two bites on each end that had no meat at all. The tuna footlong sub was just as bad, maybe worse. The diameter was so small I was sure that she had forgotten to put any tuna on it. I opened it up and could see no tuna. I had to dig through the vegetables to fine a thin smear of tuna. Normally Subway puts 4 scoops of tuna on a footlong. She could not have put more than one scoop in my footlong, and she just smeared the tuna to give a semblance of tuna. Again, there was no meat on either end. The outside two bites were meatless. That is a total of eight bites between the two subs that had no meat at all. This was my first visit to this Subway. I have never seen this woman before so there was no reason for her to be so rude & unfriendly. Her tone of voice was caustic and belittling. When I asked for a go bag, she pulled a wadded-up plastic bag out of a bag of wadded up plastic bags. It was not a Subway go bag; it was like a bog of bags to be recycled. And she wanted me to pay 11 cents for the recycled bag! Lastly, it was difficult to find a tablet to sit at that did not have bits on food on the table. Should they not clean the tables occasionally?
Parking: There is no nearby parking and only paid parking a couple of blocks away.

Do not use your app to order sandwiches from here. Probably the worst made sandwiches I have ever got from Subway. Missing ingredients, the ingredients she put in were sparse at best. Didn't toast one then gave me attitude when I asked her about it and claimed it didn't say that on receipt. I asked for a receipt and showed her that it did say that so she threw the whole sandwich in the toaster, major bummer!!!!
