This location does not participate in the mailers the company sends out. Way overpriced without the sale coupon.
This lady had horrible customer service skills (please see picture). She had a bad attitude and was rude & disrespectful. I had to repeat myself 4 times because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. This was my first time at this location.

5 years of visiting UCHealth, and the eating establishments behind it are only open mon-fri. It is Saturday! Guess who is open? Subway! Had garlic cheesesteak on Italian herb bread. Super nice woman made sandwich and she was very polite. Sat outside and that was an awesome sandwich! Very clean and organized inside the store. Thank you subway! Saved me from hospital cafeteria food today.

I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. I politely asked to have my sandwich wrapped a certain way — something I’ve requested many times at other locations with no issue. Instead, the manager at this store responded rudely, saying “we don’t wrap it that way” and even accused me of trying to “save money” by asking. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
When I calmly asked if she could call her manager, she said, “I am the manager.” I then asked if she could contact her supervisor or boss, and she flat-out refused. There was zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero interest in resolving a very simple, polite request.
After leaving, I tried every possible way to contact Subway’s headquarters or anyone responsible — I searched for phone numbers, emails, contact forms — nothing worked. This kind of silence from a global brand is unacceptable. If there’s no way to escalate poor treatment, how can any customer feel respected or protected?
I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase from Subway again. I strongly recommend others avoid Subway too — not just because of rude local staff, but because the company offers no real way to escalate when things go wrong. If a business refuses to listen to its customers, it doesn’t deserve them.

I’ve given this place so many chances but every time I’ve been beyond disappointed. They don’t put any meat in the sandwiches, get the orders wrong, have bad service/ rude employees, are more expensive than other subway locations nearby, and do not honor any subway promotions, deals, or coupons. Really upsetting. I don’t know who runs this place but they have to make changes.
They don’t accept coupons !!!!
The service in this place is terrible. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. When I requested her to kindly change her gloves she blatantly refused service. It wasn't like there was anyone else behind me and I was holding up the line. I thought she was just rude. Would definitely never go back there.

Ordered a speciality sandwich that gets extra meat and cheese… received regular amount of meat and cheese… had extra toppings… received regular amount or skimpy amounts of toppings. They forgot pepper and vinegar. Mayo felt like a normal amount. Skimpiest sandwich ever.
See pic. This is a Titan turkey, lettuce, spinach, extra onions, extra black olives, extra mayo, pepper, vinegar. The sandwich is mostly bread. See pics for reference. Would not advise anyone going here because it’s obvious they are trying to cut corners with what you pay for.

I love so much how wonderful the staff is at this subway. They even try to remember regulars names! Our grandsons favorite place not only for the food but for the friends who have his artwork hanging up for all to see. Thank you for being awesome and bringing happiness to your customer family!

We absolutely love this Subway. I have never been to a restaurant where the store manager tried to learn all her returning customers name and their typical sandwich order. This Subway deserves 10 stars!!!

The workers are so lazy and rude here. They wouldn’t scan my barcode so I’d get points for my order, they were rushing me the entire time despite being empty, and they refused to give me a receipt. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to.
