Me and my husband were hungry and decided to decided to get subway. I kept checking what time the store closes. Online it says 9pm.....when we got there at 7pm the place was dark, an employee cleaning the lobby. On the door was the hours of operation. It also said 9pm!! Why are we closing early???!!

I went and ordered 5 sandwiches and a cup of soup. Two of the 5 sandwiches were burnt and 2 outta 5 was my children's sandwiches and he put garlic aioli and the sandwiches after I requested mayo on them. I need the corporate number.

Ordered a STEAK CHOPPTLE sandwich on line and this is what I got! Terrible place! The toppings are not correct either! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. 7 11 hotdog roller after cooking all night would be better!

Ordered from here for pick up wrong bread and sandwich once I got to work and called the store and said they would replace if I bring sandwich back and then said I can go at a later date and they’ll make it right! I went today and they refused to honor what they told me and wanted the sandwich from a couple weeks ago bad service and they were rude and laughed at me!

Walked in to get a sandwich and eat there the Mexican lady at the counter had that Mexican music blaring so loud you couldn’t eat there she couldn’t even hear what I was ordering. I asked her to turn it down and she declined never go there again. I thought I was in a Mexican restaurant for a Minute don’t even wanna give it one star

Door was locked at 7:52pm on a Wednesday evening. Doesn’t close until 9:00pm according to the sign. There was an employee at the counter. I knocked on the door twice only to get ignored. He wouldn’t even look towards the door. Very poor customer service.
They closed at 8:30pm… the guy is in there doing uber eats only

Worst experience I had at a subway. I had to order my food using a translator and the translator didn’t translate cumberer correctly and then that became a problem. I think the store should have both English and Spanish speakers since the community is predominantly that. Not only were the counters where they were making the sandwiches dirty but the tables were dirty so we couldn’t eat inside. The next subway is a few minutes away, but it’s definitely worth the visit especially with the cleanliness. We don’t wanna just put anything into our bodies.
