My husband went to pickup dinner on the way home. I ordered the BLT salad bowl. It came with no lettuce. Unsure how the person making the bowl missed the starting layer to the thing. And then charged me $13 for meat and a couple veggies. Outrageous.

3:45(M)28Jul2025- Italian sandwich okay, no fountain drinks (wanted a Pepsi, but was given a bottle choice of Dr. Pepper, or other), and jockey was not an English speaker or American=different expectations (norms) and didn’t know names of ingredient names…. Hope for better as practice and revenue allows.

Tried to keep my money when they did not have the cheese for my sandwich (at 10:30. Embarrassing for a sandwich shop) and refuses to use their bread oven to toast sandwiches- they're MICROWAVED. Do not eat here do not waste your hard earned cash on a microwave

Last few times there's been a poor attitude by the staff. Overly direct and constantly interrupting, to ask "what else" before I can finish my sentence. (like a McDonald's) There's construction materials lingering in the corner of the "restaurant" taking up a decent amount of space. Owner clearly doesn't care. For over a week the oven has been "out of order" and several times I wasnt notified until after asking, (for onions to be toasted as well with the bacon,) to then be told the oven doesn't work.... Was i going to eat raw bacon???
Piss poor location. Poorly built / maintained parking lot so be prepared to have your axels rocked, for a crap experience.

What is the point of coming to a subway if I can't have a toasted sandwhich EVER im sure they will have that toaster fixed in 2027 if this store even stays open that long like sheshh!!
Subway , east mississippi avenue. Aurora colorado. The days I go their toaster is always broken,[ hence the paper sign on front door.]. Good thing cicis pizza is next door their toaster is never broke. If I ever get the chance I would love to enjoy a dine expierence at subway. Thanks for working hard on that toaster tho, So I can adjust my rating in the future.

Go to a different subway. Extremely slow and poor service not to mention rude employees. I have been eating regularly at subway for 20 years and this is one of the worst subways I have ever been to. The workers are slow and unprofessional. The lady spent a long time complaining to her coworker about a large order she had that morning, forgot I had a sandwich in the toaster and burned it. Went to make another sandwich and burned that one as well. It took her almost a full 20 minutes to make 2 footings and a 6 inch because she kept stopping to start an online order, talk to her coworker, and grab things in the back that could’ve waited until after I was gone. The bathroom area was blocked off with a bunch of tables and looked really sketchy. The last time I went here I waited almost 10 minutes before a worker even came out to help me. I don’t know who manages this subway but they are not doing a good job, that’s for sure.
Long story short, If you are planning on going to Subway in Aurora, go to the one on Iliff. In my experience, It’s the only one in town with somewhat professional workers that actually care about doing a decent job.
