It’s been closed for a while. They also haven’t had half the items in stocks. This needs to be addressed. Wouldn’t recommend this subway.

Cool so I’ve been to the subway three separate times over the course of two weeks and each and every time I’ve gone there they were not able to make the new hot honey chicken sandwich they have advertised because each and every time they were out of the ingredients to do so? The last two times I ended up just getting a different sandwich and honestly after those experiences, I’m not sure I would get the advertised one because of how terribly they slapped my sandwich together the last two times I mean, the guy who made it made my sandwich look like he literally cut the bread, blindfolded and just grabbed handfuls of stuff and threw it on there. It was the most disgusting and pathetic excuse for a sandwich I have ever seen in my life, he couldn’t even fold it or close it and it’s not like I had a ton of toppings on there or anything no reason it should’ve looked like a slice of bread with a bunch of stuff on top of it

Today I witnessed an employee being very rude to a customer. She asked for extra meat and he told her the customer doesn’t tell them how to make the sandwich. She told them yes we customers do tell them how we want the sandwich made because they are serving us. He was very rude and slow.

First off the food rating has nothing to do with the quality of the food, everything was very good and tasteful. The issue was they where out of certain food items we wanted making us either choose something else or get it without the items like bacon that came automatically on the sub. Other than this snafu everything else was great and the employee who was the only one there was very apologetic and awesome. He made our subs just how we wanted them without no complaints, not like the one by our house. We walked in and out of that one after having to literally get what we wanted on our sandwiches especially when you order double meat. Definitely going to this location again.

Went on Friday January 10, 2025 and do not recommend this estate all!! We ordered 3 footings. The lady went to grab gloves and a cockroach came out of the box. She proceeded to make the sandwiches. When she went to add toppings onto our 1st footling she placed the sandwich on a cockroach. My husband and I asked if that was a cockroach and she proceeded with “Yea, probably”. She raised the sandwich it was a big one. They also had them crawling on the walls. I have reported this to the health department. They contacted me on Tuesday stating they have checked the location and yes they have an infestation. I was basically told they are aware and working with management.

Sandwich had a fishy and metallic taste to it. Olives seemed to be suspicious. The attendant pulled out pieces of really old lettuce from the sandwich she made. Nice customer service, poor food hygiene.

Whoever server #999997 is, the guy did an incredible job even when he was super busy! I ordered via the mobile app and all the sandwiches were 100% correct with perfect proportions.

I went to this place 2 days ago, everything was good apparently during prep my sandwiches, the veggie moment a baby roach walking on my sandwich, I told the guy he obviously was trying to act like nothing happen or If he didn’t see nothing, at the same time 2 big roaches walking in the wall, the good thing about this I refused to take my sandwiches and the guy didn’t complaint about it, the bad thing is for all those who order online they can’t see the environment, it’s really disgusting do not go there unless you want to eat roaches. I think the City needs to go check this place
