Asked for Chipotle turkey new sandwich they have 2 days in a row. Asked for it to be made how it was displayed on bored. I've gotten chicken both times. And the girl who made it wasn't paying attention both days when I went.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience in my life! I walked in not a single word was spoken to me. No one else was in the store. Watched my food being made and in the middle Dan was picking up trash and without washing hands or changing gloves went into the veggies to finish the sandwich.
I think customer service is very important. No matter the company. Today I feel the woman making the sub sandwiches was in desperate need of training. She could use a lesson in how to treat people. She is very rude and has a bitter personality. If you work in the service industry work on your service to the customer first and foremost show respect. Ask kindly a question.

Absolutely horrible service. Getting ignored is unacceptable I understand they are busy but some form of acknowledgement would be nice. Ordering ahead is pointless here when the sandwich was made as I was waiting to pick it up. It was barely warm so who knows how long it was sitting there.

Ordered online and went to pick up only to have them tell me they were out of bread! I asked for a refund and I was told "we don't give refunds" Then they told me they would transfer my order to another store but when I went to the other store I was told it didn't work that way. This store has still not refunded my order. Will never visit again and have reported them to the BBB.

I just had an amazing steak and cheese sandwich made by Eric at this Subway! He really knows what he’s doing—the steak was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. Eric's attention to detail and friendly service made the whole experience even better. If you’re craving a delicious sandwich, definitely ask for Eric! Highly recommend!

Make my one sandwich and today they had nothing in stock so we had to have a corral of customer service calls with DoorDash just to get the order refunded since whoever is working this subway confirmed the order before checking what it was.
I have been coming here for the last 8 months are so. I have always had amazing service. Maria kept the food line amazing and completely stocked. Another employee i think his name is Shannon? A tall guy, works in the mornings usually is also amazing. The last 2 times I have came to this store in the last 2 weeks around 10am to 11am, young kids have been working. The food line was dirty and not stocked, bread not in the front case. Workers sitting on the floor in the backroom as I walked in and took them a few minutes to even come out and greet me when they weren't even working. Unless maria and Shannon? Are working I'll probably walk out and go somewhere else. It was disgusting.

I recently visited the Subway and had a fantastic experience, thanks to Eric! He was incredibly friendly and efficient, making sure my sandwich was made exactly to my liking. His attention to detail and customer service skills were top-notch. The restaurant was clean, and Eric ensured that all ingredients were fresh and well-stocked. It's clear he takes pride in his work.
