The ice cream is fine and has the Stanley market up charge, but despite the minuscule play area for little kids their scoops are the most nit-picked scoops ever. They literally weigh the scoops to make sure they don’t give the “tiny” scoop a hair too much ice cream…

We're at the Stanley every week for a child's activity and use the time after for dinner and ice cream. Each time we come here the service is often very very slow even if there are only a few people in line; sometimes staff are in the back (I understand there are things that may take them there) and aren't checking for people and you're left standing there until you holler for someone. I've also had experiences with a few of the staff being very curt (for no particular reason, not that people can't have a bad day). It's good ice cream! But the experience is frequently "so-so."
