I've never had to endure the amount of disrespect for peoples time and money. I was given a bean burrito, after ordering a 5 layer beefy burrito. 1/30/2025 1:15pm do something about your kitchen and drive through attendant. 20+ bucks for a bowl of lettuce, and a bean burrito? It's a crock pot shit at the busy life we all have, and not being able to go back and lay down a grievance with your Taco Bell. Don't go here, unless your ready to be disrespected, and robbed of your time and money.

The employee here are rude, and the food is always bad. Never fresh. There is no manager onsite to complain about how rude the employee are and how bad the food is. They are not even busy so whats their excuse for this! I will not return to this location!

Came here tonight to get dinner… absolutely the worst experience, employees just standing around not helping anyone. They were super rude at the window. And then to top it off I get home after ordering a Cantina chicken taco and it was literally bare… there was literally 4 pieces of meat, no sauce no cheese nothing!!! When you order and pay for food you expect to at least get some quality in what you order!! This was awful and not worth my money at all!!!!
Dear managers/CEO, I'm sure you're already aware but your employees here are TOP NOTCH! If Colorado could ever get one of the alcohol friendly cantina locations these guys should be top of the list. Customer service and food consistency is far superior to any other location. I appreciate you all!

I don’t know if you pay your employees enough because it shows. I ordered nacho fries today thinking this location would be better but the fries were old and just careless. This will be my last visit for sure because money is to important to waste. I used to love Taco Bell, but no more lol.

This location was killing it during the lunch hours for a few months. Then it went straight to the toilet. It will most likely be another year before I even consider giving them a chance. This was my last experience there, no one in the drive thru, no one inside. I don't ask for modifications, but my daughter doesn't want lettuce. This is what we received.
