Absolutely crushed food is typical from this location. They also seem to be rationing sauce like it's the great depression. I never go to the location and rarely order via doordash. Tortillas were stale, bean burritos were barely larger than small taquitos. I really hope they take this location away from the current owner as nothing has changed in years. It's obvious they are doing everything to operate on the cheap, but all they accomplish is losing customers.

You Might need to send your employees back to learn how to pack a damn taco. How do you mess that up? Like the taco is clean did you just toss the filling in and slap a taco into the bag and call it a day? Dont even get me started on how they first got my order wrong and i caught it and then they still managed to still mess it up. Thanks guys!

30 mins waited for nothing. Manager and staff were not helpful. Continued to serve the drive thru and ignore me. When I brought it up they continued to do other orders. Terrible locations. Terrible ownership

I ordered here awhile ago and paid $4 for a chicken chipotle melt and they gave me 2 pieces of chicken, as well as 3 pieces of cheese.

I just left the drive-thru, and my entire order was incorrect. To make matters worse, I accidentally bit into a burrito with sour cream, which I’m allergic to. On top of that, my entire order was incorrect and when I brought it to their attention, the manager claimed they had no control over orders placed through the app and refused to issue a refund for the missing items.

The staff was also extremely rude, and they initially handed me the wrong order entirely before giving me mine—which was still incorrect. This location’s service has declined significantly.

The employees were all eating behind the counter while we were in the dining room. Some had gloves on and never washed their hands before re making food for other customers. Made me uncomfortable about their overall concern related to health standards and cleanliness.

They probably used the restroom with gloves on and didnt wash their hands either. They were blasting Latin music from the back.

We paid $45 for 4 burritos 2 tacos and fries. I know good help is hard to come by, but this shocked me.

Ordered the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Combo which comes with the crunchwrap supreme and a beefy 5-layer burrito which both have seasoned ground beef, but after taking a bite of my burrito it was all tortilla on the first bite so I opened it up to take a look and put some hot sauce and there was literally a tablespoon of beef in what they call "BEEFY" burrito and same with the crunchwrap, so I basically paid for tortilla, cheese, and a couple cheez-it crackers. What a rip off and when I called to speak with a manager to get a refund, he told me I could do it through the app and no where in the app can you request a refund, you can only make a complaint/feedback about your order. In the photo you can see how little beef there is. I only took one small bite which was all tortilla and what you see in the picture is all the beef in the BEEFY 5-layer burrito which again was equivalent to a tablespoon.

Do not order delivery from Taco Bell with Door Dash. Neither Door Dash or Taco Bell takes responsibility for lost orders. Also Door Dasher don't speak English eve if you do happen to get a hold of him. Taco Bell manager refused to do the right thing and refund the lost food
