Crushed taco and red sauce instead of pizza sauce. Also, I paid extra for sour cream on the pizza. I used to work at Taco Bell, it's not that hard. You guys suck.

I tried ordering a burrito through the drive-through and they would not sell it to me because they said I had to order it specifically through the app that is ridiculous

Came by on Saturday night 11/29/25 8pm. Excelente customer service. The young man greeted us. He was patient while we order. He politely asked if he could ring us up on the counter because the register on the drive thru was not working. Older lady came and brought him our order. Everything was excellent prepared. Best taco bell I have visit on this side of Aurora. Highly recommended!

This place is an utter joke. I went to this location on 11/19/25 around 8:10 pm. When I pulled up I wasn’t even to the speaker before someone was screaming what can I get you in the rudest most appalling tone. When I asked for a minute I got nothing but huffs and puffs back over the mic. I placed my order and pulled around. I paid and thought nothing of this experience other than rude employees who lack customer service skills and are beyond unprofessional. She practically threw my drink and my food at me and once I had both she slammed the drive thru window in my face. I drove off and the second I got home I had realized that it was not my order at all but someone else’s, when I called the store to find a solution the same woman who “took care of me” answered and proceeded to blame me for the experience, said that it’s my fault, and she tried to get my attention before I left which was not the case. I sat at the window for a little while before driving off to place my food and drink in my car safely. She seemed appalled by me calling and even asking for a solution. She was beyond rude and come to find out this is one of the managers at this location. This is truly a reflection on her and the other employees who work there and builds an incredibly unprofessional appearance for them. Would not recommend this location by any means, terrible service, terrible employees, unsatisfactory visit.

Can't seem to get there orders right. And the portion were small had 2 pieces steak on a taco. And they put onions when I said no onions.

Service is absolutely horrible. Wait time for mobile pick up is bad too. No acknowledgement from staff at counter. Have to waive them down to come to the counter from the back. Taco bell is taco bell but this location is amongst the worst.

Worst TB ever. The outside drive up speaker and microphone don’t work well and the kid taking orders can’t speak loudly enough to be heard. Then, the girl at the window insists I’m in the wrong and rude for speaking loudly into the speaker/mic trying to tell them I can’t hear/understand them. I could hear them fine at the window. And, of course, for the second time in two weeks, they got my order wrong. Never going back. You notice how many similar complaints there are in the reviews? Yeah, I did, too.

THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. WAITING IN LINE FOR FIFTY FOUR MINUTES AND WHEN WE GOT TI THE WINDOW THIS HOBO DIDNT SAVE OUR ORDER AND TOLD US TO GO BACK AROUND ????????? LINE WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING.
Absolutely crushed food is typical from this location. They also seem to be rationing sauce like it's the great depression. I never go to the location and rarely order via doordash. Tortillas were stale, bean burritos were barely larger than small taquitos. I really hope they take this location away from the current owner as nothing has changed in years. It's obvious they are doing everything to operate on the cheap, but all they accomplish is losing customers.

You Might need to send your employees back to learn how to pack a damn taco. How do you mess that up? Like the taco is clean did you just toss the filling in and slap a taco into the bag and call it a day? Dont even get me started on how they first got my order wrong and i caught it and then they still managed to still mess it up. Thanks guys!

30 mins waited for nothing. Manager and staff were not helpful. Continued to serve the drive thru and ignore me. When I brought it up they continued to do other orders. Terrible locations. Terrible ownership

Its taco bell. They screwed up my order and then questioned me as if I was making things up.
I ordered here awhile ago and paid $4 for a chicken chipotle melt and they gave me 2 pieces of chicken, as well as 3 pieces of cheese.
I just left the drive-thru, and my entire order was incorrect. To make matters worse, I accidentally bit into a burrito with sour cream, which I’m allergic to. On top of that, my entire order was incorrect and when I brought it to their attention, the manager claimed they had no control over orders placed through the app and refused to issue a refund for the missing items.
The staff was also extremely rude, and they initially handed me the wrong order entirely before giving me mine—which was still incorrect. This location’s service has declined significantly.
