I'm convinced Taco Bell knew they couldn't provide the minimum customer service, do they just gave up on customer service of any kind. Forced to use kiosks and mobile apps, you go into to pick up an order and the customer is completely ignored while your poorly prepared items get soggy and inedible. Staff can't understand English so they look at the customer and just walk away. They have no identity so they introduce chicken and a slew of poorly thought out menu items as they refuse to serve the items that made the place what it once was. They drop ingredients off of menu items, to save money, but then wonder why people just don't visit like they used to visit. Just go out of business already! Make room in the market for the sake of all us were once loyal and have lost all respect from being disrespected, poorly treated and have suffered enough of you identity crisis.

This Taco Bell location isn’t the greatest, a professional needs to inspect the cleanliness of their environment. Especially the kitchen. Their food made me ill with a fever and a stomach bug. I’m still struggling to get it out of my system ever since yesterday. My whole body is aching.

The best taco bell I've been to in a long time with respect to service. The manager really takes the time to train his team and correct issues. Customer service is lost amongst many industries and it's great to see some folks still have the service spirit. In terms of the food, it's taco bell lol
