They have gotten my order wrong 3/4 times now. You know when they are just too lazy to do it right when 1 of the 3 tacos is wrong. Opps I messed up.. oh well I'll just make the other two right?

Although I stopped going to this Taco Bell because they are always asking for donations, I did stop today while the other taco place trains its new staff after being closed for awhile.
Instead of dealing with the drive thru, I parked and went inside to ensure my order was correct.
However, they no longer wait on walk-ins and expect you to use the Kiosks.
So I had to leave.

Everyone was SUPER nice for it being 11pm on a Sunday. Made everything fresh and was as great as I could expect. The bad reviews are undeserved in my opinion.

The ladies in the drive thru were extremely rude she said something rude about me in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish . Then she threw the drink thru the drive thru .

If I could, I would have given them the negative rating. Reached there at 10:48am in drive through and order screen have still had breakfast menu up. They refused to serve breakfast although breakfast timing is till 11am. Ordered a cheese Quesadilla and it was the worst. Cold and did not make cuts in it. Did not give any napkins.
It’s been an hour since they were supposed to of been open I get there to get a drink and they’re still preparing to open and doors are locked. Ridiculous, dont know who would spend their money on actual food from here let alone a drink at this point. Would give 0 if I could.

Place needs corporate to step in immediately. What do you mean you close 10 min before scheduled time? You’re the only fast food open past 11pm. Take advantage of that. They turned the lights off when they saw me in the drive through.

Not only did they get my entire order wrong and give me a bag of random items... When I asked for them to make what was on the receipts they gave me half the food and then just ignored me as I tried to get literally anyone's attention... Thanks for putting in zero effort. Please please go anywhere else or drive further to a different taco bell. Thanks for ruining my lunch.

Always wrong things are either missing or still have things on them I requested off, they always forget your drink and when you come in to get missing items none of them come to the counter to assist you. One of the worst taco bells I've ever been too, definitely needs a staff overhaul.
