Apparently Beef Chalupa's only have meat on the edges with nothing but sour cream through the majority of the bottom of the taco.

Ordered and paid 40 cents extra for red sauce on my chicken enchilada burrito, got ZERO on my burrito. Had a small, thin line of sour cream one end of the burrito. Cherry Pepsi is watered down!Your lobby is freezing! Why can't you all keep tour dining rooms at a normal temperature!?Visited 4/1/24 @9pm

Went to go get food an hour before close, no one came to the speaker , no one came to the window. There were two cars outside and online said open until 1am. I drove around a second time saw an employee inside with headset on and knocked on the drive through window. The employee avoided to come to the window and take the order even though business hours shows they were still open.

We have been several times since they opened and it's been a little bit worse everytime. This evening is the worst. I tried the new Cantina crispy chicken tacos. Barely any chicken or cheese in a broken shell. We got a chalupa and the shell was so hard it couldn't be ate.

At this Taco Bell the employees do not follow modifications. My 7 year old daughter does not like onions and all the food had onions when we asked for no onions. The employees also do not know how to pack food into a Togo bag. Our Mexican pizza was completely smashed. The top layer of the Mexican pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The nachos were dumped into the bag but was mostly crumbs.??♀️

This Taco Bell has overall been pretty good. Almost always gets orders right, much better than the next nearest TB at Smoky Hill and Arapahoe where I could count on them blowing it 50% of time. Last night I did Drive Thru, late at night in a blowing snowstorm after coming back from airport, and the order, friendliness and even change was perfect. I've been a Taco Bell fanatic for 50 years, and I know this is one of the better Taco Bell's I've ever been to. Keep it up!

I ordered 2 steak soft tacos with sour cream and got two chicken tacos with sour cream. Asked for mild sauce, and got no sauce at all.

I got home to no food in my tacos. I added an extra sauce and there’s barely anything in my tacos. Waste of time and MONEY. My kids tacos weren’t full either. This place is the biggest disappointment. This is the second time and last time I went was a few weeks ago and they still suck. Don’t go here.
