It's funny if you think about it. You go inside the lobby and eat at Taco Bell normally the orders are fine nothing short everything is in order. More than half the time when I use the drive-in it's short an item or two. For example last night I spent $60. I was short two items plus they rounded my total up without my authorization for their donation drive! These are reasons why I do not visit Taco Bell. You would think his large as this company is they could get it right. I asked the gentleman to double check the order to ensure that there was nothing short or wrong with the order it was accurate. I just give up!
Serious lack of quality or care at this location. Entire order of nachos were just crumbs and the tacos looked like they were smashed when being wrapped.

Kelly is a terrible store manager she left me wanting 30 minutes for my order. my order wasn’t correct I ask multiple times for her fix my order and she brushed me off when I asked for a refund she made it very difficult I’m very disappointed with my visit to Taco bell

I went through the drive-thru and ordered four chicken cantina soft tacos. Less than 1 oz of chicken on one side of the taco. Mind you it is supposed to have 2.5 oz of chicken on each taco. I got four just like this. Good thing I checked before I left the parking lot

For some reason, this taco bell keeps messing up orders. We are vegetarian and they keep giving us non vegetarian items even though we order from the vegetarian menu. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
Why y’all complaining ? This was an amazing location. I was greeted at the drive thru promptly, the person taking my order repeated it back correct. The cashier, Matthew S. was polite and greeted me with a smile, took my payment, asked if I needed sauce or napkins and was extremely efficient! Thank you! Rainy days always put me in a Taco Bell mood! I got the Mexican pizza,2 taco combo with a sweet tea! (Order #247) Y’all have a good one!
