Hard to get in and out of...off major cross Street
If I could give 0 stars I would. Today I placed an order on the app and only received half of my order. I went back to get it replaced and the lady who I spoke with told me that they didn't have the idem on the menu even though it's on the menu at the store. Then was told to pull around showed her my order and she got an attitude with me. Then I asked if I could pay for a drink she told me NO repeatedly! Plus the food was cold!

I wish I could give less than one star I have managed taco bells and this location needs serious change every time I come in here it's a extremely long wait and I have to end up just asking for my money back n leaving management along with everyone else just stands around
Be careful when you go here. Often times, the drive-thru employee will overcharge you for your food, so keep your receipt. There's a sign in the drive-thru about it for a good reason. Make sure your food is correct before you leave the drive-thru line too, because the employees also don't really seem to pay attention to what they hand to you.
Very early today, we went to pick up some food on our way to run errands. When we finally got around to checking our bank account balance, they charged almost $8 extra. Receipt stated that it was not that much, so my best guess is he decided to tip himself without telling us or something. Companies need to pay their employees better wages, and maybe they'd stop pulling stunts like that.
Called management later in the day. Had a little bit of communication issues back and forth with him, where he said he would call me back in 15-20 minutes, and didn't happen. I had to have my husband call him back nearly 1.5 hours later to see what was going on. Manager "Ray" pretended that we were crazy and told us to bring our original receipt back and they'd fix it if we were right. We went back onto our bank statement, and he had already refunded it to us. We won't go back here again. I'm glad we got the money back, but don't let these people gaslight and play you for a fool.
Bonus tip- if you order steak in any of your meals here, they'll put lile 3 strips of steak, and that's all. I ate a crunchwrap that was primarily lettuce and it was pretty undesirable.

Can they even read? I went through the drive through to pick up an app order and they gave me the wrong bag. I was then forced to wait behind the next customer as I could see them waving a receipt. I’m assuming they also didn’t get all of their food. I finally get my order and check it before pulling away. The items were no longer warm at that point. I accepted defeat and drove away. Vowing to never return to this Taco Bell ever again.

The tacos are stuffed at this Taco Bell! Hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve been to in awhile.

We went through the drive thru 10-26 around 5:49 pm. There were no drinks. The chicken burrito had no chicken in it. They let some guy approach drivers' cars in the drive thru.
