So absolutly freezing inside this place. Even the poor employees look cold. Turn the heat on please!! Really nice staff and clean store. It's winter. Make it warm inside so we can enjoy our meal next time.

I will fully buy the cook at Taco Bell a house with attached two-car garage and privacy fence if they could honestly say this is how they like their own tacos, let alone have to pay $7 +tax for something a middle schooler could make in Home Ec. for $0.50.

Ordered thru the drive through and the food was cold, we were the only ones in line at the time. The food was lacking ingredients, like hardly any toppings.

It is unfortunate no stars is not an option. I go through the drive-thru, order, I review my order on the board. It's correct. I get my order. I drive home. My order is not correct. I asked for no creamy jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla. It's disgusting. I take a bite of my quesadilla and guess what's in it. I call back and speak to Ashley. Ashley takes down my information. I give her my order number. She tells me that I can come and have it remade but that I have to come inside. I asked her why and she said because the drive-thru is for drive-thru orders not remakes. I told her it was not my fault that they messed up my order and that I am a 100% disabled veteran. Ashley proceeds to ask me if I have someone that can help me? (REALLY ASHLEY IS THAT YOUR BUSINESS!!??) Don't I have someone that can come in for me? Do I know that can help me, then ahe says there is a handicap parking spot by the door, if that's the issue. No that is not my issue. My issue is I should not have to get out of my car and go inside because someone did not read the board correctly and put nasty creamy jalapeno sauce all over my quesadilla. Ashley interrupted me, Ashley talked over me, Ashley argued with me. I even asked Ashley. Really this is how you're going to resolve the situation. Make me come inside when I have expressed to you that I am a disabled veteran. She said I'm offering to remake your quesadilla but yes you will have to come inside. She proceeds to tell me that she's not going to argue with me anymore and hangs the phone up. As long as I have breath in my body, I will never be a customer of yours again. Ever!

Ordered a burrito and couldn't eat it all cause it fell apart. Then I Ordered a gordita with extra cheese which is almost a dollar extra and couldn't even see any cheese. Horrible experience.

Worst experience ever. On 12/13/2024 I went in with my children to have a quick dinner before school concert. We ordered our food at 6:03 accordingly to The receipt. I’ve started to notice alot of upset customer who have been waiting for their food and said they been waiting for over 15 minutes. Sure enough it was 6:23 and I still haven’t got my food so I went and asked for a refund because I had to go to my kids school for their Christmas concert. They had me wait 10 minutes for refund they had mad customers waiting for food and deliver drivers asking for orders. It was very obvious that the staff was not enough for all the customers they had. The employees in the kitchen were arguing and yelling back and forth at each other one of them got mad took off his gloves threw them and walked away. This was the first time I had ever experience this at this specific location. The Female manager was very rude and the fact that the employees shamelessly continued to argue was ridiculous. She seemed very stressed and I understood her frustration they were under staffed. But please get more workers here they desperately need it.

The employees there after 10 have attitudes and the food is just ok.this is the third time I've been there and they ran out of hot sauce!.....really? It's Taco Bell! How do you run out of hot sauce? Needles to say I'm never going back to that Taco Bell.

I’ve only been to Taco Bell twice since they got rid of it, and going there and getting it tonight is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed Taco Bell’s food in over 5 years.
