I will never go to this restaurant again the manager candy is very rude and unprofessional they messed up on my order they gave me the wrong food it was cold and old I will never ever come back to this location ever again the place was filthy dirty the cooks were very rude as well they were all mad that I took my food back they didn't want to give us their money back as well this place is really disgusting and I will never go back there the cooks are very unsanitary

Went by the drive-through at 11/23/24 around 1:30am.... worst experience bad costumer service... at least from the overnight shift.
The new chicken tacos, are a bust. SHREDDED meat is in such a small amount, added to expensive, not worth the trip. More shell than meat and no pico, lettuce, tomato or sauce. The new hot sauce is .20 per pack. What a rip off!!

I ordered beef chulpas but where the beef? Mostly vegetables and barley beef. They don't get orders right or if they do they are cheap on the portion. Like very cheap.

Had the worst lady working today midnight, she was so rude and loud for no reason, we called her 5 times on the drive-thru but there was no answer and when she finally came to take order, her words were `sorry, I don’t take orders when I poop’ I am not sure why she needed to mention that. Disgusting attitude with no manners. Ignoring everything when we tried ordering, she was again dis-respectful, loud & when we asked her to not shout. she refused to even take oder.
