The drive thru was quick and easy. I usually have an issue with getting my order as I ordered it but this particular time I have no complaints. Everything came out as expected and the servings seemd larger than normal. The nacho fries were crisp, warm and the cheese cup was actually filled to the rim and not just half way as usual. I was pleased to say the least. The guy at the windows didn't seem to thrilled or welcoming but I would rather have that then a chipper, upbeat employee that got my order wrong. A compromise I'm willing to have in order to get my food as I paid for/ordered.
The young man who takes the orders through drive through is rude, disrespectful, and obviously does not care about his job. Fourth time with him. We will not be returning to this Taco Bell.
I came in this morning and I had the best when I say the BEST breakfast ever I mean it! They cook with their hearts and the ice coffee was really good. I love the atmosphere and how they are so welcoming making sure everything is okay. Thank you girls. You all are amazing ♥️

While every time I have gotten food from this location has been good, their customer service is completely lacking. I ordered for pick up and my husband went and picked up for us. They at first were trying to refuse my husband pick up because he didn’t have my phone. No where on the app does it say that it is a requirement nor have I had any issues at any establishment regarding someone else picking up for me.

Bought 2 chalupas and the shells hard as rock, chicken fatty and cold, cheese not even melted. Also nacho fries half cold and stale the only decent thing about my order was the baha blast. You can't tell me as you're making my chalupas you didn't feel how hard they were... Or y'all did and just didn't care what a waste of money

The food was good, my only real complaint is just how long the drive through takes. I'm talking I was in the drive through for over an hour.
I actually just went through the drive through but whoever the dude was who toke my order was the coolest nicest guy ever he suggested stuff and I mentioned something that hadn't been on the menu in years, (my absolute favorite) and he made it for me. It was just as good as I remembered. Nobody else anywhere has ever offered to make that for me. I was or am so grateful and blown away that he cared enough to even offer it to me.
My food is always fresh. I haven't had any trouble with missing items . The only off putting part is all the homeless ? but they don't really bother you.

I almost literally got my bell wrong at Taco Bell thankfully the crew and the staff were kind sweet and forgiving I felt like a chihuahua at home
