They’re seriously incompetent or something… they can’t even properly prepare your order at 2 in the morning when NOBODY is there. They messed up my order twice. Been waiting so long and I still don’t have my food. Who is working here??

First time that the taste of the food was actually very different and not edible bad in every way possible from texture to burnt taste and every way possible. Screwed up everything from how many, what size, price when rung up correctly so it's not the $30 when done wrong and $20 it was picked like that for in the first place. Such a bummer after being mad hungry after getting in after midnight from a 5.5 hour flight that was supposed to be 4 1/4.

I had asked two orders of the cinnamon twists and no shit they just portioned one bags worth into two bags.
The staff at this Taco Bell today (1/3/24) at about 12:30 pm was absolutely awesome. The guy working drive-thru/in-shop register in particular was really on top of it.
The food was correct as ordered and completed in record time.

They legit just rejected to give my food to my door dasher . I call them and the lady on the phone keep saying she doesn’t know anything about it , she rejected 5 of my doordashers in a row, this place need a better worker and or to be shut down because it seem like they aren’t professional.
