Taco Choi at Parkside Eatery

Had the cauliflower taco choi. Super flavorful and delicious! Also loved to see the inclusive hiring practices :) Amazing lunch at a good price!

Holy smokes the tacos here are INCREDIBLE. I came for a quick lunch, and didn’t put too much thought into it. When Annie called my order, I sat down, took a bite, and almost died and went to heaven. The flavors, the tender meat, the textures. Phenomenal. I don’t live anywhere near here, but imagine I’ll be dreaming about these for weeks to come and will absolutely be back.

First time eating Korean tacos and they did not disappoint. Default for tacos is crispy cheese on the outside which adds flavor and a little crunch. I got the Annie and the Annabelle tacos which were full of so much flavor I devoured them like a heathen. The street corn is really good, the hot cheetos give it just enough spice. Only reason I don't have pictures is I accidentally flipped the to-go container over and it wouldn't have done the food proper justice. Also the price point is well really good. The tacos were full and filling.

These tacos were bomb! I got the steak and pork ones. I really loved the sauce on the pork one and the cheese on the outside of the tortillas was delicious! Definitely a unique place to get tacos. The whole atmosphere of the Parkside Eatery was really cool. Met a few coworkers and there was plenty of spots to sit for lunch. Highly recommend the tacos!!

Fresh and delicious food creations every time! We have tried almost everything on the menu and have enjoyed it all. Try the tacos! We usually order an assortment of food and share. Their location within Parkside Eatery is perfect for hanging out with friends or family too. We love to bring our teen and adult children here with us and we all order different meals from the variety of restaurants within, get drinks at the bar, and enjoy spending time together.

Great take on tacos, love the cheesy crust, the meat is cooked to perfection and very flavorful as well as balanced with each tacos respective sauce. First time at the eatery and I’m glad I found out about it because I will be back to eat here more than a couple times a month. Thank you Annie and Sam for your passionate work.
