Ok I am obsessed with this place and drive across town for an amazing salsa bar (the dark red & avacado salsas are my favorite), pastor tacos, Elote and strawberries & cream! Enjoy!!

Tacos were great. Good taste. Al pastor meat was a little greasy but good flavor. The Aguas are a bit too pricey for me. Over 6 bucks for an orchata drink. Maybe it's just me. Anyway. Good place to stop by for a bite. Next time I will try the albondigas soup and maybe I will bring my own water..?Kid-friendliness: Family place, so, easy on the kids.
My children grew up my ext to Tijuana in San Diego and complain that there isn’t any good Hispanic food in the Denver area. Oh yeah? Try this place.

I have no idea what you are all talking about. I went to this place regularly when I lived on that side of town. I recently went to a birthday party in my old hood and stopped to pick up some tacos for everyone for the afters. It's not a fancy place, and it IS on Colfax, so expect to get the Colfax experience. We had the same crackhead knock on our window twice while in the drive-through, waiting for our tacos. I ordered a dozen tacos. Half pastor, half asada. The pastor are ok, but the asada is always on point. The red and green salsas are super flavorful and spicy. I brought these tacos back to my Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cubano friends. They loved these tacos and were doing happy dances while eating them. This place would benefit from operating out of a food truck, instead of this run down brick and mortar on Colfax.
