Awful.Bland, dry, tasteless food.Ordered through Grubhub, ordered a flan for my wife. Got cheesecake instead. Called them to have them send out a flan and they said they were out. I told them I would not have ordered cheesecake if I knew i couldn't get flan and that I wanted a refund. They said they needed the cheesecake back for a $4 refund, and that it may be an hour or more to get a driver out with $4. I told them I threw the cheesecake away cause my son is allergic and wanted it really bad. They said they can't refund it then, I think they wanted to resell it even though it had already left there kitchen. I hung up on them.Will not order from them ever again.

Ordered the food at 11:18 a.m. with an orginal delivery estimate of 12:15. Around 12:25, I received an email from grubhub saying that the new order time is 12:45. This time rolled on by and around 1:00 I get another email saying the new time is 1:15. The driver didn't show up until 1:30. I contacted grubhub about a full refund since the food arrived an hour late, cold and soggy. They informed me that the resturant had to remake the food due to the delivery driver getting in a car accident, so no they will not refund my money. As if it's MY FAULT your driver got in the accident. HORRIBLE RESTURANT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BIGGEST WASTE OF $30 I HAVE EVER SPENT!

Roaches!!! Late Delivery!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!Today was the first day I selected *Pick up*. I waited about 5 minutes for my food and upon sitting in one of the chairs, I was disgusted and shocked to see a large adult cockroach crawling across the table.I immediately left, and for the next hour received 12 harassing calls from the manager of Tacos De Canasta who was yelling and stating to never order from his restaurant again.I will be reporting Tacos De Canasta to the higher authorities in regards to the cockroach I witnessed and also took a picture of...If you care about your health, DO NOT order from Tacos De Canasta!!!

Placed an order and was told 45-60 min, after 1:20 I called to ask the status and was told the driver was very close. Adter 1:45 he finally showed up. Food was cold so I called to talk to someone and the owner yelled at me and put the driver on the line (not the drivers fault!). Don't waste your time or money with this place. It is very poorly managed and they don't care about customer satisfaction at all.

Worst thing I have ever eaten in my life. This is a sorry excuse for food. Most disgusting thing I have ever had and I'm offended I paid $57 for me my husband and 4 year old to have dinner here. Absolutely disgusting! !!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order over the phone and made it very clear that I needed an order of cheese enchiladas no meat at all the guy reassured me he understood my order took almost 2 hours to be delivered and when it finally got the the restaurant was already closed when I went to eat the food the order was wronged I could not get ahold of anyone to fix the order, the cheese enchiladas had chicken so because of dietary restrictions I could not eat it when I called the following day they refused to refund me and were rude saying I should have called right away which I did do and said they will not refund me because I did not keep the order for "proof"
