These are truly the best tacos al vapor in Aurora! They do move around on different days, BUT, I found their website with directions and a phone number. Their salsa is home-made and super delicious. Super affordable, and really nice people. Enjoy!

The truck offers delicious traditional tacos, and tordas! They have Enchilladas and rice with beans wrapped in fine flour tortillas. The Mexican food stand is also always on the go and you don't want to miss it!

I have been to the few taco trucks that congregate near the home builders in Stapleton. This one is definitely my favorite. Great, fresh tacos that taste the same as any I got from any cantina or roadside stop in Mexico.

We recently moved to a neighborhood that is still under construction. While it is annoying to the buzzing of saws, the pounding of nail guns, and the rumbling of trucks first thing in the morning...I have discovered a consolation - there is no shortage of taco trucks that park in the neighborhood to serve the hungry masses of construction workers. Tacos Del Valle drew me in with its promise of tacos al vapor, but I was more impressed by its al pastor. Any way you want it, the food coming off this truck is quick, wholesome and convenient. What more could you ask for?
