I have been visiting this place for 1 year and I love it, the waitresses have always been very kind and polite, but today in particular there was an older lady with glasses, she was trying to teach a girl but her way of teaching is a little rude, so much so that we felt so uncomfortable that we left, LADY WE ALL HAD A FIRST TIME BE KINDER, Think that one day you would not like them to talk to your daughter or granddaughter like that, for your age you should Don't be so pedantic and if you are going to get the attention of your waitresses, do it in private. I assure you that it will be more professional on your part and may God help us from finding people like you along the way.

Order asada fries and the food was very cold seems like the fries had been ordered and never picked up and gave me the order instead . Very disappointing. Lol

The worst experience ever… had been seeing on TikTok and was looking forward to this place … Jocelyn needs to take some customer service training I know she is young but there’s ways to speak to customers knowingly you messed up a few orders from different customers. Wouldn’t go back again. And NO REFUND or EXCHANGE on your meal when’s there’s nothing in writing stating this place is ridiculous

This has been my go-to Mexican restaurant for food, and I've always enjoyed their menu without any complaints. Unfortunately, today was a disappointing experience. I ordered a burrito, and while their beans are usually flavorful, the ones in my burrito were underseasoned and made it taste terrible. I was told no when I requested to have it remade without the beans. I didn’t ask for a refund, just for a simple fix. I was told that I knew beans could be on the burrito. Well, I didn't expect them to be tasteless. The owner's sister-in-law refused to accommodate my request, which was unacceptable. But by me being persistent, she remade it.

I never thought it was nice to give a bad review but I ordered a cake to take away, I live only 3 minutes from there, it arrived and I got it and it was cold and the milaneza was super extra salty. I didn't eat it, I had to throw it away.
I don't agree and I don't understand why they charged $54c for a small size cup of sauces, only because I asked for mayonnaise, in all places they give it if you order it, but here in this place the girl charged it as if it were a special dressing

Food was good, but the cost seemed super high. $20 for a plate of tacos (4) and a drink. They also had a very odd cup of soap in the bathroom which seemed super sketchy. Nothing outstanding here, especially for the price.
