Highly disappointed for being a top-rated authentic Mexican restaurants.The location I went to was in Aurora off of 6th Ave. Their menu is a la carte style. I ordered two chicken two barbacoa tacos, comes with onions and cilantro. Anything else is extra. Also ordered the sopes. Let's start with the chicken. NO FLAVOR AT ALL, bland, dry and of course fatty. Barbacoa had a little bit of flavor probably because it was so fatty. Literally my first bite was nothing but fat. The sopes had the same meat with the same problem. The beans on the sopes tasted like they came from a can no flavor at all. Wasn't highly satisfied with the service either considering I was first in line but yet I was ignored and the second person was waited on.

What an amazing little taco place. The AlPastor is wonderful, all of the meats I tried were great, but the Pastor really shone as the best. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when ordering and the service they provided efficient and prompt. The seating and restaurant itself is basically seat yourself seating with a little visual flair but is otherwise bland. I will definitely be hitting this spot whenever I am in town!

They actually have real size burritos not these little two to three inch ones you paid 10 bucks for I'm talking from end of the hands of the elbow filled with goodness. It's my favorite place to go and get tacos.

Unfortunately this is something that I don't really like to share especially online but I will do because that way whoever does the cooking can put more attention on what's he doing pls On one of my tacos al pastos I found a piece of metal scrap to be honest that was one of those metal things like sponge normally to use for cleaning i guess portion of that felt out I guess and Unfortunately was me the one who found it 😄 i was about to say something but my wife she stopped me and said that's ok that was just an accident but really pls put more attention 🙏🙏

I really appreciate the straightforward, no-frills vibe here... it makes for a comfortable spot to grab a quick meal.
Hit or miss. We come here 2-3 times a month. Today the carnitas sope was not good. There was very little meat on it and half of it was fatty and inedible. I’ve never had such a bad sope here. Also the Al pastor taco meat was extremely dry. It was terrible. Wished they were more consistent because when it’s good, it’s very good.
