This place deserves its flowers. I usually call in ahead of time place my order because the line can get very long due to its popularity during lunchtime. I’ve recommended this place to family members and friends when I first tried it 10+ years ago & it became a staple of their cravings as well. The quality of everything is still amazing, the salsa bar is unmatched, & the prices are still very affordable compared to many other taco trucks/places. My personal favorites...
What a gem. My wife and I have been looking for a solid Mexican restaurant for YEARS. A reddit post brought us here, and imagine my surprise...literally the best Mexican food I have had in Colorado. Period. The fare wasn't complex, but the flavors were inspired. The tacos were special. The pork was perfectly seasoned, the chicken moist and tasty. The burritos were simple lovely. Delightful heat...and the flavor was just incredible. The menudo was also phenomenal....
I've been eating with this family for a long time and it's always my pleasure. Back when I was in highschool it was just a truck off Colfax and Loredo and to see the growth makes me proud. Extremely happy to be a part of this journey and try out all the locations. Grab a burrito or tacos and enough salsa to cover it all. Try the horchata or a Mexican cola. It's all good and made with love!
