Best Chorizo in Denver, nice family owned operated, big $7 breakfast burritos made with fresh ingredients on the spot for you. Love their hamburgers and 3 milk cake must try if you never had it before

I ordered the milanesa torta , it's a thin breaded skirt stake with all the toppings. This is really big and served with fries . There is no way I can even eat half of this. It's so much so I shared with my son . I recommend if you're craving a torta ! I rated this 3 stars since that's the only thing I've tried . Can't wait to try the rest of the menu !!
Food is good but cashier always has a bad attitude

I visited around 5:15 on a Thursday and it was essentially empty- which at that time of day it's expected. I saw a couple wrapping up their meal and another person leave with an order to-go. The place is clean and has plenty of seating. Accessible.
I wanted gorditas and I am SO happy I found a good place to order authentic gorditas. I only got chicharron verde woth beans & cheese because that's what I like. They asked if I wanted corn or flour gorditas - I asked what they recommended and they said flour. That's what you should order, I'm sure the corn are good, but you HAVE to understand that Northern Mexico is known for doing flour tortillas and flour gorditas.
Now for the food. Y'all it was so GOOD. The chicharron verde is on point. It's not chicharron prensado, meaty, but it's good flavor. The beans were good and the cheese was gooey. The salsas that they have for yiu are fresh, flavorful, and spicy.
Don't sleep on Tortas Y Tacos Valentin, yall.
I've had many a gordita from Durango and Chihuahua in my day - so when I tell you tgat these are GOOD and authentic... Trust.
10/10 reccomend.

They put pork bacon in the steak to stretch the meat. Makes the meat extremely salty. For that alone I will not come back.

The food is great, the workers are Nice and they try to make us happy, they make the food like your desires
Great flavors. The green chili is legit! Tastes, looks & smells like homemade green chili. The taco was excellent, with nice meaty portions!
I will definitely add this place as a go to when I am on this side of town again.
