This place is always a hit or miss. I've come here tons of time's and the foods normally very good. The service is usually subpar, unless the owners son is there working. Today, we went for lunch, and my friend branched out by ordering the caldo because it was cold out. It came out bland, the meat was dry, and overall, he wasn't a fan. Even though he barely ate any of it and the bowl was still full, we were still charged. On top of that, he ordered a gordita instead. Which he liked, but brings me to my last comment about this place. The food prices keep going up, and the portions keep getting smaller!

Really delicious food. If you are considering it, this is your sign to go, you will not be disappointed. Highly recommend the sopes and gorditas!

Friendly place to eat at for sure. One of the ladies there makes cookies that they sell at the restaurant too which is pretty nice.

I had a smothered burrito. It was a Carne Asada for meat which is steak. I was very disappointed because the meat was very tough and it had bits of gristle in it.

We got the chicken enchiladas to go . The meat was so dry it was hard to chew and there was no sauce except for what the tortillas were dipped in. The refried beans were ultimately flavorless. The service was just kind of weird, and the restaurant was very dimly lit with no one inside - which should have been our warning.Pretty disappointing experience.

The food here is excellent and the prices are extremely reasonable. The establishment itself is extremely clean and has comfortable seating . The food is exquisitely prepared and served promptly by courteousand attentive staff. The owner is very friendly and often present at the restaurant. My favorite dish, which keeps me coming back for more (about three times a week to be precise), is the ceviche tostadas with a side of avocado and I also love their lengua tacos. Try this awesome place once and I guarantee you'll become a regular.

I was really interested in checking this place out along with my 3 family members. We tried lastnight but they where closed, so we still decided to go today and the lady that waited on us had a bad attitude as if she didn't want us there. When we walked into the place prepared to spend our money we were not greeted. She slammed our menus down at the register stand and we took them to our seats. We attempted to look at the menus that she slammed down as she gave them to us. When she came to our table still no greet or introduction. We asked for chips and salsa and she threw her hands up and turn around and I guess went to get it. Because of the her attitude we decided to leave and take our money elsewhere.

Came here for Easter Sunday and was highly disappointed. Seeing as it was Sunday, you would think Menudo would be a high seller; obviously, this place didn't get the memo. Ordered 2 menudos, both had no taste whatsoever, it was like drinking warm water; even after adding all the traditional spices.Ordered some tacos on the side, hoping those would rectify the meal, but once again, highly disappointed. They were dry and tasteless. After bringing the underwhelming food to the waitresses' attention, she was indifferent to the situation and just proceeded to blame the cooks like they were a whole separate entity in the restaurant. We were also told the menudo was not fresh and bagged beforehand and just heated up when ordered.Definitely a turn-off for an establishment. Will not be returning unless things drastically change.

If I can give this place zero stars I would. This place is horrendous. The minute you walk in it smells of sewage! Like any restaurant, you basically pick your own seating. But the waiter there was so miserable. When taking our order it was like "mmhm, ok, yeah, sure" kind of feel. The food was the absolute worst. One you have to pay for chips and salsa, that in itself was $3. Most Mexican restaurants have complimentary chips and salsa. Ordered a torta of milanesa, with side of rice. The rice was so bland no salt no flavor. Plain white rice had more flavor then this!! The meat on the torta had a slimy film over it, unsure if it was from the grease or something much worse. Needless to say it was not eaten. Just avoid this place at all cause, I don't know how a place like this hasn't been rated by the health department. Or how they're even still in business. All in all just a waste of money. Go elsewhere, Taco Bell has more flavor then this place.

Service was great. The food was absolutely amazing! I got a burrito that had the most amazing flavor and the chips and salsa was super spicy!

This place has the BEST street tacos EVER! Simple, delicious and best of all, affordable!!But wait... there's more!As if that wasn't enough, they have fantastic quesadillas and enchiladas, too!But none of those are even the best part. Are you ready for the best part? The best thing on the menu?TOSTADAS DE CEVICHE!!I didn't even know such a thing existed, and now I'm completely hooked! If you go, don't miss the tostadas de ceviche.
