I’ve been coming to Taqueria Jalisco for over two years because the food is consistently delicious and it has been one of my go-to spots for tacos. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing due to the customer service.

I didn’t recognize the new staff members (two ladies working at the time), and the experience felt very different from what I’m used to here. I was surprised to be charged $3 for a very tiny container of salsa to go with my tacos, and they seemed hesitant to provide plasticware. The interaction didn’t feel welcoming, and it left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued.

I truly enjoy the food and hope this was just an off day, but good customer service matters and is a big part of why customers return. I’m hoping future visits reflect the friendly service I’ve experienced in the past.

Little restaurant with good food and pleasant staff. One cook sings with the radio while cooking. Pleasent experience.

The food was great. Outside temperature is 28°. Inside was just as cold!!! Freezing in there
Took my food to go as it wasn't staying hot. Terrible experience.

I believe ice been here twice and ordered juevos rancheros twice and both times they were alright. I was satisfied, but preferred the dish from other venues.

Staff was good and my overall experience was just fine. This complex has a lot of food competition.

I don't know why I have to come on here to inform you the food is garbage. Beans taste like they come frozen in plastic pouched you throw in the oven. The Mexican rice was the worst I've had, absolutley shamefully.

Wildly overpriced and mediocre food. We got takeout last night and spent $75 on two meals. My steak and Chicken fajitas came with probably 3-4 oz of meat TOTAL and they nickel and dimed us for literally everything else. Side of pico was $5. Side of chips and salsa (which should be free) was $6. Had to pay for extra tortillas for the fajitas (obviously didn't end up being necessary, barely got 2 fajitas out of it.) oh and the chimichanga wasn't even fried, just a burrito pretty much. Def will not be going back.

I can no longer order online. In person only and can take more than 4 hours to complete an order. Some restaurants can produce more than 10,000 orders per hour. This place takes three days to fulfill an order.

Overall this is a good establishment. It’s small and a little hidden. The staff is sweet, while service may not be the speediest they make up for in extra kindliness. The red sauce is delicious for Colorado it tastes the closest to home I’ve had. Nothing is that spicy but it all has terrific flavors. The little parking patio is cute and simple.
