To say this place was a disappointment is an understatement… I have never had such horrible service combined with horrible food in my ENTIRE LIFE. Steak was overcooked, manager never came to the table, server had to be bothered to clear dirty dishes or refill drinks. Just a sad excuse for a dining experience and one that has left a permanent bad taste in my mouth. Wish I could give 0 stars. Not to mention this whole ordeal cost me about $100 👎

Headed to Ted’s for some bison before traveling home up north. Friendly staff, cozy ambiance, good food. Kids enjoyed their steak kids meals. Had an issue with one of the meals and the manager was very attentive and accommodating.

My wife and I decided to drop in for an impromptu dinner, we were seated immediately. Our waitress introduced herself professionally as Lilith. She was very attentive and gave us adequate time for us to decide what we wanted (which wasn't long). As we consumed our meal, Lilith was very polite and checked on us to make sure our meal was good and see if we needed anything else, after that our interactions were brief maybe once after that asking my wife if she needed another drink. Lilith was great, professional and courteous, made our experience even better. Thank you Lilith.
