My husband took me last night for Valentine’s Day and it was a horrible experience. I ordered the bison short ribs with mashed potato’s and carrots. 20 mins in to the order our server came out and informed us that the mashed potato’s were running late and it would be another 10 min and asked if we wanted to wait. I said that I would wait for them with my meal. He looked to my husband and asked him if wanted to wait as well ( he had a steak and baked potato) he told the server he’d wait with me. 10-15 min later our food arrives and there’s no mashed potato’s on my plate. He explained that they still weren’t ready. I gave him my food back and asked why he would bring me my food without the mashed potato’s when I told him I would wait. I’m not going to eat my meal and then eat a bowl of mashed potato’s later. He took my plate back. My husband kept his food and tried to wait for my food to come back. His food got cold and I insisted that he eat without me. A kitchen manager came out and apologized that the mashed potato’s didn’t come out with my food. 20 mins later… still no food, haven’t had drink refills and my husband had to go back to the kitchen and find a manager. Savanna the manager came out and apologized and offered to comp the food for the night but still didn’t give me a reason why I didn’t get my food back. The only offer was that our whole order would be comped. Valentines dinner and I left without eating a meal. I had a glass of wine and their cucumber app. Horrible customer service. She should have come out and completely said they were either out of that side or could have offered something different to replace with my meal but instead offered us to walk away without paying. I have never experienced something like this and it truly was disappointing.

Ted's was spectacular as always, and it server Jaz was awesome! Very well made cocktail (Manhattan) and tremendously tasty New York Strip Steak. I look forward to going back again.

Ted's Montana Grill has been one of my go-to restaurants for years, and this location continues to deliver a great experience. The restaurant is always clean, the service is friendly and fast, and the food has consistently been excellent.
If you’ve never tried bison before, I highly recommend choosing bison over beef here. They even offer an option with two mini burgers, one bison and one beef, if you want to try both. That said, the bison burgers are truly top-notch and definitely my favorite. I also love the little pickles they serve alongside the food. Everything is always fresh and delicious.
It is a bit pricier than your typical burger place, but the quality of the food absolutely makes it worth it. I always enjoy eating here.

I usually go to the Ted’s at the Landmark Denver. For some reason the Ted’s at Southlands is 10 times better. They should all be the same but hands down this is a 5 star for sure on all food, service, atmosphere.

We were looking for something new and discovered this place. The Bison was wonderful and was enought to share. Great, attentive service. Definitely would return.

We love Ted's Montana Grill! Sometimes we come just the two of us for drinks and an appetizer. Sometimes we come with the kids. Nicolle is our favorite server, and she is awesome sauce! She knows my favorite drink and even remembered what my kids ordered. It's like dinner with an extended family. Thanks Nicolle!

We love Ted's, and we love Nicolle! The service was awesome! We brought our twin boys for their birthday (their choice), and we had a blast. Nicolle was so personable and attentive. She was training a new server and did a great job. Our experience was great, and we will continue to come back! P.S. I LOVE the Buffalo 41.

Kind of low budget, pseudo-Montana-Applebees in there. Service was slow, menu was mediocre at best, and the food was over priced for what it was. Seems like Ted is one of those guys that tries to do everything, but doesn't do any of them properly. He's got his own brand beef, his own bison, his own beer, his own wine.
Love the munchies ( two sliders ) and the loaded baked potato has tons of toppings. Update: I recently tried the chili and wow it's that good. Nice spice without numbing the taste buds....go for it you can only enjoy:). Recommend to get the added toppings for extra yum.
Slow service

Great place for lunch. Great food - loved the Bison meatloaf sandwich! Quite enough to have effective business conversations. Fast and friendly service.
Great service from Dillion! Thank you!
Crab cakes are amazing as always!
We had the New York Strip, and it melted in our mouths. The service was friendly. The ceilings were high, so the volume was not loud. We were able to have a comfortable conversation. Everything seemed clean. The chairs could have been more comfortable.
First two attempts to eat here sucked we were used to Ted’s in Littleton which is run very well we had no intention of returning. Paying attention to reviews I noticed reviews where getting better and in fact it was. Server was great and the food was good.
We have had Tamera before and every time we receive stellar service. The fact that she knows what we want, makes the experience special. She is friendly, and personable. We love coming to see her, the amazing food is a bonus. I highly recommend asking for her!!!
