Every time I go to Ted's Andrew is at the bar with a smile on his face. He makes the best drinks and always excellent suggestions on what to eat. Tonight we had the first strawberry shortcake of the season. It was phenomenal. Highly recommend seeing Andrew at Ted's!

Went to lunch with the Family here and enjoyed the braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and buttered carrots. My wife enjoyed the brisket and my daughter had a bison steak. We all enjoyed our food very much and the service was excellent. A great place to try Bison and I can't wait to come back and try their burgers.

Our waiter Aaron was awesome! He was on top of everything - very well hospitable and made our night very fun and appeasing on dinner date. Definitely ask or request for Aaron because he'll go above and beyond and as well as a well respected vet.

I rated 4/5 stars only because we ordered chips and dip that cost $10, and we received a basket full of bottom of the bag chips. They were broken or just crumbs. My cheeseburger and fries were delicious. My husband enjoyed the bison brisket. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

Can't go wrong with Ted's Southlands. Great food, nice atmosphere. The food server was very new. Had to assist her in opening wine bottle. Food service skills were good. She struggled with alcohol brands. Her attitude was great, attentive. Very nice personality.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps in, out, or in the dining area.

Our waiter visited our table ~3 times the entire dinner. Our order took 1 hour to arrive and was cold when it arrived. Water frequently ran out. We were asked if we wanted dessert less than halfway through eating. Overall food quality was mediocre. Total bill was $142 and I felt it was worth $50

Top notch steakhouse. We split an entree to try it out, and we were very pleased. The house salad with lemon vinaigrette dressing was a great starter, with crispy mixed greens. This dressing is delicious. Steak was ordered medium well and came out with no pink at all, so a little closer to well than we usually enjoy. But topped with mushrooms (which we added at our server's suggestion) it had a good flavor. Our sides were the garlic mashed potatoes and onion rings. The rings were crispy and the potatoes were dense and flavorful. A side of brown gravy was thick and we used it sparingly. Ted's has appetizers, salads, burgers, steaks, a full bar, an extensive wine list, Coke products, and a kid's menu. Better chance for a parking spot behind the restaurant. They have bison entrees, and I'm planning to go back and try them.

Went here for Valentines Day. We were very disappointed. The food was excellent, and my server was amazing! My host Em, was amazing but was constantly micromanaged and disrespected all night by Christie the District Manager! This is honestly just disappointing to see from management, especially when the Host Em, was more experienced and on top of it, but was put down and disrespected by her boss who didn't look like she had a clue, just creating chaos in the restaurant which could have easily been avoided. She clearly has never worked in the food service industry, seating people at dirty table, and demanding Em and Hailey deal with her incompetence and mis-steps. Clearly Christie needs to be retrained and reprimanded. Em was doing an amazing job and should be recognized!

Such a disappointment! 6 of us had dinner tonight.Ted's Montana Grill in southlands use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, the last two times I have come to this particular location I have left unhappy. Our server was delightful when he visited our table, however he rarely visited. There was extremely long waits between visits and all our dirty dishes and empty water glasses were still on the table when our bill was paid and we got up to leave. We visited on a Sunday night and the restaurant was half full.Saddest part was our food; Two of our burgers (medium) were RAW, still mushy, fries were soggy and cold except for my wife's, hers were cold and hard as a rock. My dads bacon cheese burger had no bacon and few soggy onions.Side note, when did Georges Classic Cadillac stop having onion straws on it? Now you're paying $20 for a raw cheese burger with two chard strips of bacon and a dab of BBQ sauce. Super disappointing. I will not be going to teds anymore.

We always love Ted's. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the food is always waay above par! It's no frills dining with darn near house made everything! Crispy chips, fresh lemonade, wonderful ranch dip... whatever is on their menu, they do it well!
Stopped by after work on a Thursday. Really disappointed with the service and food isn't as good as it used to be. Manager sat us down at a booth by the restroom. No other parties were in the dining room, really??? No server came over to us and after 10 minutes of waiting, sat ourselves at the bar. Bartender was super busy. Other servers were all goofing around and sitting and chatting near the bar area. Really??? The bartender did our drinks really well. The crab cake dinner portion was $35 and was disgusting. Hamburger was off. Will spend our money elsewhere.
