Extremely disappointing experience. The female server was very rude, barely communicated with us, and mostly ignored our table the entire time. It felt like we were being treated differently from other customers, which honestly gave the impression of possible racial discrimination. To make things worse, the food quality was also very poor and not worth the price. Definitely not a place I would come back.

We been waiting for a long time of the squid, when we try to ask if we can exchange it, and the server brings out in few seconds, but it seems like seating there for a while, when it brings out its not hot anymore, Also, there’s no water for refill if we are not asking for it, it was already empty for a long time.

We were extremely disappointed with our dining experience. The overall service was very poor. The staff seemed impatient while taking our order, and throughout the meal there was little to no attention given to our table. No one checked on us, refilled water, or asked if we needed anything. It felt like we were completely ignored.
What we find even more unreasonable is the service charge added for a party of five. Considering the lack of basic service, it is difficult to understand why a service fee was applied. A service charge should reflect attentive and professional service, not be automatically imposed regardless of the experience.
We hope the restaurant will take service quality more seriously. Customers are willing to pay for good service, but only when it is actually provided.

She brought out the food and then spent most of her time on her phone behind the counter instead of attending to customers. We didn't receive basic service when needed, such as having our water refilled. Despite this, a 20% service charge was added to the bill, even though the level of service did not reflect this charge.

might dispute this charge with my cc company. Gotta be one of the worst experiences I've had at this restaurant. Little girl running foor or serving or whatever her job was. . . Was barely capable. Also took about 2.5hrs to get an app on the table. Also gave us some French fries for waiting so dam long for our food... woulda been great to get those when we were waiting not along side the rest of our food. .... actually now that im typing this Im for sure disputing also not coming here again. 🙃
