We really enjoyed this place until they started slacking with their boba preparation. This is the second time in a row that we go for a special boba drink and they have NO BOBA prepared or will have it prepared anytime soon. It is very disappointing and for this reason we will not wasting our time visiting anytime soon.

12/10! One of the best boba shops i've been to! If youre looking for spot on boba come here! The food was also amazing- the kimchi pork bun was a win. The creme brulee croffle was the best I have ever had before- and ive had a lot!

Unfortunately, my boba was great but the two croffles were awful. I would’ve gone back in to ask for a refund if we hadn’t gotten them to go. They were half cooked/completely raw dough in the middle so totally inedible. I didn’t have high hopes when I ordered and as I walked away the employees said “we’re so screwed” as I went to the bathroom and then giggled and looked at me weird when checking the waffles and then giving me the waffles. A disappointment and waste of money on those.

Came by after a rough day to get a treat- card chip decided not to work. Everyone was so kind and patient and really turned my day around. Thank you Ester, Layla and Brient! Your kindness was really appreciated! The drinks are amazing and the snacks also looked fantastic. I cant wait to stop by again. It's a beautiful shop with amazing staff!

My favorite is the brown sugar latte. Most days the flavor is consistent. The “new” size is disappointing. It’s larger but a thinner cup and 3/4 of the cup is filled with ice. I would rather have the smaller cup and pay a little less for probably a very similar amount of latte.

There are many places in town where I have tried boba drinks of various sorts, but none have been nearly as good as those at The Alley. Warm, soft boba in a delicious brown sugar mixture, topped by a variety of tea and hot or cold drink options. I have lost interest in getting boba anywhere else. You really should try it. There aren't many locations in the US, so it is a treat to have one here.As for service, as with anywhere that employs teenagers, you will see a lot of turnover...I have had a good experience every time I went.The atmosphere is clean and simple. I even like that they did a collaboration with Jujutsu Kaisen (a Japanese anime show).
