Beware! Received a jail cell and HVAC view and caught an employee entering our room.
I highly suggest booking a different hotel in the city. My experience is that I was scammed. The room is a jail cell. What is advertised on the website is false. What I received was a concrete slab with a view of HVAC. It is truly not what is shown on the website, do not be deceived. One other thing that you can't see in the pictures is the noise. You get to hear fans outside your room...
I consulted the hotel multiple times including immediately after seeing the room and followed up after through the credit card several time over a month and half. Every time they denied compensation for the room cost. The hotel refuses to make things right. We were told that they couldn't compensate but removed parking fee and additional amenity fee. Both of which are required fee that frankly I consider scam fees.. We all know these are scam extra costs. It's not a few dollars. $50 a day for both if you have a single car.
$25 a day to park a car to stay at their hotel.
$25 a day additional fee. This is required if you stay. They say it's a credit you can use within the hotel...
Neither are included with the hotel reservation.
!!!We caught an employee entering our room without permission during our stay. While we had our belongings and the dog inside. Even had the door hanger saying not to enter. I informed the front desk and explained what happened. She couldn't have cared less. Literally did not care at. I had to ask if they were going to do anything about it at all or care at all and her response was "I will let maintenance know" It was maintenance that entered... For all I know there were in on it together and possible even planning to steal. It is astonishing how they did not care. The front desk in general seem really sad like they are under paid or hate their job. They don't seem motivated to do the basic minimum. I don't blame them but some hotels have teams that care.
Not acceptable. Definition of a scam throughout.
Great stay at the Source Hotel in RiNo. Staff was exceptionally friendly and you can't beat the location for downtown activities.

Extremely scammy parking company runs this place. This is the 3rd time I’ve received a $60 ticket for following the rules properly (paid and everything). Complete failure of a company that takes advantage of anyone who even considers parking here.
Great place but never ever bring a car here.

From the crack heads having mental breakdowns in the sidewalk across the street where they had a tent set up, and the management doing nothing about it, to the 55 dollar ticket that was issued to me for staying 20 minutes too long in a parking spot, despite spending tens of thousands of dollars here for a large wedding, I will definitely not being staying here or recommending this hotel to anybody. The restaurants were excellent. But that’s it. The rooms were clean, but very underwhelming for the price. Parking is extremely expensive. Be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars in parking if you plan to have a vehicle. Not a great experience.

Nikki was so sweet and such a good worker: appreciated her hospitality and her willing to help us beat food at late hours and be such a sweetheart. She deserves a raise.
Great position, top service and fantastic location.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at to date. I rented the suite with city view for my wife and I. I am already planning our next stay, cannot get enough of this place. Great location, clean and fun atmosphere. Rooms are absolutely incredible. It is in the arts district so the vibes are awesomely contemporary. One of our favorite features was the door that opens up garage style. It opens up to allow the city ambiance and smells into your room as well as one of the greatest views of downtown Denver you can have for the stay. Thank you THE SOURCE HOTEL

Plunge pools were the reason i chose this destination, and they were closed. There was no heads up or accommodations for this. I only received a 25$ credit for the inconvenience.

This place cares more about emptying your wallet than providing an enjoyable experience.

Went in for drinks to the rooftop bar after an event in the area service was good, although it seemed a couple of the bartenders were having a dispute of some kind, got our drinks and never seen them again, drinks were very good, we enjoyed the balcony and the views.

Jose and front desk is amazing.
I stayed here with a group of friends for Denver pride and the stay was not great. Prior to my stay, I tried to update my booking from a King to 2 Queens. The reception refused to send me an email confirmation of my updated booking even though there was a price change. She rudely insisted that it wasn’t possible and rushed me off the phone. Sure enough, when my group arrived I was told we had the old booking and not the new one. They refused to accommodate me even after I shared the details of the call and who I spoke to. The aesthetic of the establishment is kind of brutalist, which I knew from the photos, but it doesn’t translate well in person. There’s exposed cement in the rooms and no privacy in the bathroom. Overall, reception staff were not kind and the stay was uncomfortable. It wasn’t worth the price and I would not recommend.
