I have given TGG a GREAT review previously because their food was phenomenal! Today, my partner and I decided to dine in the restaurant though and our entire experience was very frustrating. The food did not meet our expectations, was unapologetically expensive, considering what we were served with, and not one single staff member took the initiative at any point during or following our meal to address our glaringly obvious disappointment.Most frustrating by far, my partner's dish arrived a full 5min after mine; leaving me to eat my food ALONE as my hungry partner watched, lest my dish get cold. This could've and should've been handled differently back in the kitchen, us none the wiser and able to eat our meals together!! We came to eat TOGETHER and this delay really marred our entire experience.No one appropriately handled or even listened to our frustration over this. Young staff (understandable in the restaurant industry) but there seemed to be not one single employee with any customer service or dispute resolution skills to step up and take the initiative our situation called for! Not a manager, etc...among the staff present?!?!It was abundantly clear we were dissatisfied at our table and this was met with nervous laughter and avoidance by seemingly inexperienced staff members.That this entire negative experience cost us $45 only added insult to injury and we left the restaurant pissed off and regretful we'd decided to come in the first place! I'm (generously) giving 1 star for these reasons and I do not think I'll be back again, whether take out or dining in.Please please train your staff for these kind of situations that inevitably happen at even the best restaurants! Things go wrong sometimes and you MUST have employees who know how to handle themselves when they do! Had my concerns just been acknowledged and listened to today, I wouldn't be here, leaving your establishment a bad review.

Arrived at 6:55 pm with a party of 4, excited to get our Mediterranean fix. The restaurant looked pretty busy as there were a few people waiting for orders. The girl at the register told us their dining room closes at 7 so we wouldn't be able to eat our food there. We asked what time the restaurant closed (because on their door it states winter hours, close at 8 pm.) She told us they close the dining room an hour early.Though we didn't get the food to-go, we decided to take our money elsewhere, I still felt compelled to write the review because other potential diners and customers should be aware of this important factor when considering grabbing dinner here. When we looked up Mediterranean near us, this detail was not mentioned on the business page or in other reviews, so hoping this helps someone not make the same mistake.To the business owner- please consider changing this. I understand why you'd want it closed an hour early- so employees can clean up and clock-out early, but if your kitchen is open and your doors are still open, your paying customers should still be welcomed at your establishment.

We stopped here for lunch and had gyro sandwiches. They were good- nothing spectacular but solid. On food alone I would give this restaurant 3-3.5 stars.However the wheelchair accessibility is really poor. One of the entrances (the one closest to the accessible parking) has blocked disability access by placing tables close to the door. The other entrance has doors that are incredibly heavy. The hallway to the bathroom was blocked by boxes and high chairs, the bathroom door was very heavy, and the bathroom was small. The staff were helpful.We might order takeout from here but probably won’t visit the physical location again.Wheelchair accessibility: However the wheelchair accessibility is really poor. I can't give this place more than one star because they have zero quality control with their delivery services. This business gets to choose who they work with and their 3rd party drivers have messed up the order multiple times. When they do make a mistake they take zero ownership. Tonight is my final mistake with them. I spent $70 for a dinner that took 80 minutes to get here. When a whole meal was missed the restaurant said it's not their problem. I blame this owner and their quality control.

Hands down, the best Greek food I’ve eaten in my entire life. Went there on a whim with my family members who converged in Denver from all across the country.The food, service and ambience was perfect. Prices seemed reasonable.Icing on the cake was the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating.And DO NOT leave without trying the Baklava Ice Cream. You can thank me later.
