Tried the regular platter at Halal Guys Aurora with chicken as the protein — it was around $13.50, and honestly, pretty solid for the price. The portion is big for one person and okay enough for two people to share. The chicken had good marination, and the sauces mixed into the rice were great. I’ve ordered from here twice now, and the food has been consistently good.
The only downside is the service. Even when there’s no line, the staff feels rushed and a bit irritated, which takes away from the overall experience. Food-wise, it’s a 5/5, but overall I’d give the place 4 stars.

Falafel itself was very tasty and crispy, but not nearly enough of it and the pita was stale, old, and not very soft. Veggies not fresh at all. Room smelled like sewage. For the money there are so many other great options for this type of food. Probably won’t be back.
