Hello I don’t usually give reviews but this one was a must. I came in before 10pm and had a big order so when I started giving my order there were alot of add ons for each order. I was asking my family what they want and was making it quick and also apologetic. I had my 70 year old dad with me and he was also giving instructions for his order, however i felt the server was getting frustrated but I was apologetic at a point she just sighs and gets super frustrated where Im like i don’t like this attitude its very rude and I let the staff know. I just hope they learn to respect customers and help them prepare their food instead of get frustrated. No hard feelings but bad service!!!

Halal Guys has excellent service and what the restaraunt stands for is great. But the food is very below average, poor quality meats and tasteless rice and vegetables. Unfortunately not a recommendation.

Haha. These guys make chipotle look generous with their portions. I didn’t realize until I got home that was only about six pieces of chicken in my order. Also, the food was nothing special. It was my first time and I thought I’d give it a try. Although it’s not bad, but it’s not good either. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing on the wrong day. it was definitely not worth the $15 I paid for it. Probably won’t be back. Meh

We had a very poor experience at Halal Guys during our visit. The service was unprofessional, and what made it worse was that we were forced to sit in freezing conditions with rain coming in because they wouldn’t let us close the door. All of this happened while they were burning rice, which filled the place with smoke. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating to endure that in such bad weather. This level of service is unacceptable, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning. They really need to step up their game and prioritize their customers' comfort and experience.
